Regular maintenance on 11-29-18: was NOT scheduled, but accepted as a "walk in" due to a delay prior week on account of my illness. Very prompt service, covering all required 'checks' of parts/systems. Very reasonable cost. Quick 'consult' with Eric alerted me to serpentine belt probable replacement next time in + low tread depth on tires probably requiring replacement before too long. A written report was later sent via e-mail to me. All-in-all, a very good experience, with always-reliable report/recommendations. A very nice waiting area, too. Reliability and truthfulness VERY MUCH appreciated. Thank you.
