Forget the trade

Had never shopped with Kia before and was looking forward to testing them out. Was super ready to buy if I fell in love like everyone else has talked about the day I came in, but unfortunately the sales associate I met with wanted to discuss my TRADE before showing me the car I wanted to buy. Spent 35 minutes doing the trade appraisal instead of trying to sell me the car I wanted to test drive. My advice for future buyers go in with a VERY direct plan. and don't tell them you have a trade. My advice to the salesmen ... let your customer drive the vehicle first before talking trade because if I had the opportunity to love a car i would have been happy to sit through the tedious discussion of a trade.

Kia Sorento Lease

Our salesman, Frank, was great. He was friendly and helpful and made the usually ugly process of leasing a car smooth and comfortable. I believe we walked away with a great deal.

Great Service

I had been shopping for about 3 weeks for a vehicle to fit my budget and needs. Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington and Dane Mello made my decision and process smooth and painless. He came in right on budget and I was able to drive away in a matter of only a few days. I mostly appreciated the quality of their listening skills, a lost art in most sales situations.

Love my Sorento! Thank you Frank Madden

I recently leased a 2017 Kia Sorento at Kia Burlington. This is my second lease with this dealership and Frank Madden, sales and lease consultant, worked with me and got me a great deal. He went out of his way to find the car that I wanted. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. I love my new ride and would recommend this dealership.

best experience

We had the best experience with Richard, Jude and Dane. They couldn't have been more helpful in getting us into our new Sorento. My experience buying a new car at Herb Chambers KIA of Burlington was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Rich Lowry was pleasant, knowledgable and accommodating of our schedules. I have bought luxury vehicles at non Herb Chambers dealers and my experience at the Lexus and BMW dealers really did not compare to that of buying a KIA at Herb Chambers. I definitely will go to a Herb Chambers dealer for my next BMW based on my experience at the KIA dealership.

Kia Soul

Tom O'Donnell was recommended. This is the fourth car purchased from KIA within the family. Tom was very polite, informative. Answered all my questions and this was the best experience I have ever had with any salesperson. I would definitely recommend Tom O'Donnell.

Oil and filter change.

Made appt. - in and out less than an hour. Car was vacuumed and washed. No problems whatsoever. Had an ice cream while there- good selection of ice cream. Internet available as well.
