Buyer beware: Tenneson Nissan engages in unethical
Buyer beware: Tenneson Nissan engages in unethical practices. They push unnecessary warranties onto customers and make it nearly impossible to cancel them. After months of waiting for a refund, they canceled the check without notice and stopped responding to calls or emails. I strongly advise against doing business with them. Terrible dealership experience.

Traded a vehicle at this dealership and the shorted me on
Traded a vehicle at this dealership and the shorted me on funds be aware of the scamming trade in value was a difference of 2,000 I was given a check for only 1,500 the vehicle I pitched was 0 money down and they did something with the 500 I’m totally in disbelief when I’ve thought this was a trustworthy place and was building a bond where I can buy all my vehicles and recommend others unfortunately they failed me and they ran my credit over the amount of times I told them to without my permission

My elderly parents went to Tenneson in 2020 to trade in a
My elderly parents went to Tenneson in 2020 to trade in a 2017 rogue for a 2018 dodge journey. The so called deal they cut my parents was disgusting. They paid off the rouge but charged them $9,000 too much for the Journey. The finance guy blamed it on a salesman saying they let him go because of the deals he made to people like my parents. Then in October 2023, my parents trusting the dealership and believing the issue was caused because of Nico’s shady tactics, went back to see about getting the ridiculous high priced Journey out of their names and getting another affordable suv. Well, they convinced my parents to just let their Journey become a volunteer return repo and to purchase the new Rogue. My parents asked for the payments to be in the $600’s and then at signing was told the lowest he could make the payments was $750. My dad reluctantly agreed to the $750. Once the letters from the bank came in the mail to my parents the car payment was $870. When my dad called the finance guy back at the dealership he said oh that was the price of it before the taxes and add ons were added. First off, who gives a price like that?? You know the totals will not be the same price when all of that becomes added in. So tricky tactic that seems to have really worked. Now my parents are stuck with two extremely high priced suv. The finance guy told us that it is too late for him to make any adjustments that the suv is no longer his problem the bank has it now. Then the add ons he was talking about totaled up to almost $10,000 in add ons. After my parents stressed they did not want anything extra but the gap insurance. Which would only been $1,000 added in. This place is a joke and this should be elderly abuse. People BEWARE of this terrible finance guy they have at this location. I hope karma hits him with both fist!!!

Worst car buying experience!!
Worst car buying experience of my 80+ years! Tenneson Nissan...Tall on promises, short on fulfillment. Everything we've been told, they've backed out of...EVERY TIME! Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything from these people! Stereotypical car dealership, every unsavory thing youy've ever heard...they make good on.

Poor Service & Inflated Prices
My experience at this dealership was one of the west ever. When one of the sales rep asked the sales manager a question, the sales manager took over. That’s when the experience begin to go downhill. First, the sales manager showed led us to look at another vehicle. There were several things the sales manager was not honest about: 1) he stayed it the last owner and led us to believe there was one owner of the vehicle. Upon getting the Carfax report, we discovered three previous owners. 2) rather than entering the financial information into a computer to display a printed copy of the potential cost, he scribbled numbers on paper about the monthly payment, but never mentioned the terms. The original payment amount, of course, changed from the amount he had written on his paper. 3) the sales manager never disclosed any needed repairs before the purchase was made. It was only after the papers had been signed, that he begin to mention the things that needed to be done before the vehicle left the dealership. I felt pressured to purchase a vehicle that I knew very little about. I felt is though the sales manager was using deceptive practices. When I return to the dealership to cancel the sale about three hours later, after signing electronically, I was told that I could not cancel because I had already signed, and the information had already been sent electronically, and I was told there was no way to cancel. I was not able to cancel, but to this day, that is three days later, there has no vehicle been delivered. I would not recommend this dealership because of the non-disclosure and practices that seem to be deceptive.

Buyer Beware (Dissatisfied Customer)
This dealership doesn't live up to it's advertised motto, "Tall on service, short on prices." I recently purchased a vehicle with an inflated sales price and in need of repairs before leaving the dealership. This has been one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with any dealership. I expected better from this dealership. First, we were doing just fine with our used vehicle search until someone who calls himself Niko got involved. From there, everything went downhill. First, Niko redirected us to another vehicle that they'd recently received. He went on to say that it was recently owned by a 72 year old lady. After requesting the Carfax report, we discovered that the 72-year old lady never owned the vehicle (Niko then admitted she was the co-signer for her daughter and he claimed he never told us that she was the owner.) We discovered the vehicle had three previous owners. We should have followed our gut instinct to keep searching when we discovered via the Carfax report that the last two owners only kept the vehicle for 1 year and 10 months. Next, he took us into his office and begin to scribble numbers on printer/copier paper. He never mentioned the terms just the monthly payment amount and the amount he would sell the vehicle. He never disclosed any needed repairs, never asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle. He led us to believe that the only thing he needed to do was to clean the vehicle up and it would be ready to go. My gut instinct told me something about this vehicle and his information wasn't as good as he was claiming it to be. He dodged or ignored several of our questions and changed the topic to try to make it appear as though we were getting a good deal. I felt as though I was coerced into signing paperwork without full disclosure of the final sales. For example, he never mentioned prior to my signing all the repairs that would be needed. I ended up signing for the purchase of a vehicle that is still at the dealership that's being repaired and they say they are waiting on the parts to repair the vehicle. Wow! What deception! I felt as though I had been scammed because I later learned after getting home and making a phone call to my credit union that the price of the vehicle had a considerable markup and wasn't worth the cost for a used vehicle such as that. So, I go back to the dealership three hours later (the same day) to request to cancel the deal and was told I could not because everything was completed electronically and could not be reversed because I'd signed off on everything. I mentioned I wanted to cancel the contract because I didn't feel as though I was getting a fair deal. The whole process was very deceptive and unprofessional. I've purchased a vehicle that's been in the repair shop for three days and I can't cancel the sales contract!??? How deceptive! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this dealership and will NEVER recommend anyone to stop or shop there. The only way this dealership can make it right with me is let me out of my sales contract. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction/my request, I will proceed with the proper procedure for filing a complaint and will warn everyone I encounter not to stop at this dealership; I will advise them to keep searching somewhere else.

Buyers Beware
Beware and please read everything you sign; you may have regrets later. Would not recommend dealership to anyone! Nissans are a good product, but deals aren't to be found here. Purchased two new vehicles a few months ago and one has already been traded to another dealership to get out of bad contract and stuck with the second one and "upside down" new vehicle!
