Buyers Beware

Beware and please read everything you sign; you may have regrets later. Would not recommend dealership to anyone! Nissans are a good product, but deals aren't to be found here. Purchased two new vehicles a few months ago and one has already been traded to another dealership to get out of bad contract and stuck with the second one and "upside down" new vehicle!

Stereotypical used car salesman

Be prepared for a HARD sale at this place. We asked the sales guy over and over, “what’s the bottom line price” and he dodged and dodged until we asked for it on paper. He told us we should put xyz down and finance xyz and focused on the payment… typical hard car sales guy. In the end he was trying to get us to pay more than $20k more than what the car was with… and he still tried to defend. It was borderline deceitful. I would never go back.

Service department sucks

I got my car from here a little over a year ago. I had to get it towed in because it cut off on me in a drive thru. I have a warranty on my vehicle which has not expired. I got charged $149.50 just for them to tell me I had a bad battery. The stated diagnosis is not apart of the warranty. How would they know what’s wrong with the vehicle if they don’t do a diagnostic check. I was very disappointed at their service representative & service manager. Be careful when paying all that money for a warranty with this dealership. And they don’t state this fee in your contract!

Bunch of lies they will tell you just to get you to come in waste of my time and gas not very good customer service

Terrible service

Had an oil change in April. Started my car in one May morning only to find out the service department left my oil filter and drain plug loose. Checked oil my to find nothing on the dipstick. I called them and they took no responsibility for there mistake. The service manager got upset because we asked what happened to our car and charged for the tow without telling use what happened to the car!

Buying experience

Sales manager was dismissive to my questions and in retrospect, I accept part of the responsibility for my experience. Unfortunately I assumed we were discussing the internet price and after he spent 5 minutes with me he turned me over to finance. Internet price was 27590 or there about and finance had me at over 34,000 with 10,000 down and a 830 credit score Do not believe the internet price and the drive train warranty etc Expected me to pay for service order for cleaning car for resale Read the fine print. I did buy the car after looking for weeks, but walked away feeling like I had been taken advantage of because I am a 68 year old female. Salesman was great and I felt bad about going off on finance guy. He was only presenting what sales manager gave him and after telling him to just give my check back he did his due diligence to sell. So disappointed in this dealership. Even with free oil changes, I won’t go back

Tenneson Nissan Is The Best!

After experiencing Poor and Horrible Service at Nissan of Albany, I visited Tenneson Nissan. I must say, I had the "Best" experience. If you're needing service and repairs ask for "Mr. Todd". He's Awesome! I received the Best and Fastest Customer Service Ever. While there, don't forget to say "Hi" to David the General Manager and let him know about your experience. Great Job Tenneson Nissan!

Best Nissan Dealership in Town!

Even though I did not buy a car here, I am still...

Even though I did not buy a car here, I am still impressed by this dealership! Keith was extremely professional and helpful. I will be back to buy a car from Keith in the future, and I hope more people do the same. Keith really went above and beyond for me, the timing just isn't right for me at this time to purchase.
