I found one of their cars listed online and called to inquire. I spoke with Lou and explained that I would like to head down and test drive the car to which he said " no problem, we will have it ready for you ". I arrived about an hour later and just as he said the car was ready. After a quick ' Hello' I was out driving the car I was interested in... no hassels. When I returned, I was not met with pressure of any kind. Lou was very friendly and I trusted him immediately. Price negotiations were very amicable and we came to terms pretty quickly. This place is not a large dealership. It was clean and I felt like everyone that I came in to contact with was friendly and enjoyed working there. I would absolutely recommend Lou and the rest at Auto Fair as they made my purchase smooth and very stress free.

I went there for a new/used car i got Excellent customer service. The place is nice and clean and i did not have to wait for help.

I would definitely buy another car from Auto Fair. The moment I walked onto the lot I was greeted. Once going over my situation with the dealer they said they would do their best to help me. That’s absolutely what they did, They are a dealership if their word. No gimmicks! It was a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Been looking for a used car for a while. Found a great offer at Auto Fair. I called and worked with Bill Sr. We discussed the car, the price and finance options. I live out of state and actually flew to Conn and drove my new car back home to Florida! Couldn't be happier with car and the service at Auto Fair!

What a waste of time. Rude, incompetent sales staff. Not sure how they are selling cars if they speak to their customers like they are basically idiots. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
