They were very easy to deal with. They let us drive several cars to test. We finally found one that we liked and purchased it. They took care of all our concerns.

I was in a pinch to buy an affordable used car and trade in something pretty worthless that had been given to me. I dealt mostly with Lou, but also some of the others, and found them helpful and transparent. They were agreeable to me taking the car for an afternoon to have my mechanic give it the once-over, and addressed something really minor they had found. There was no pressure. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without reservation.
