My new EQE Mercedes Salesman Phillip

My salesman was fantastic, never pressured me. He was very polite, and understanding. He did his best to make me feel comfortable . I had so many questions but he was patient and would take his time to respond. I was very impressed with skills about the Mercedes.

Not for me!

Took my 2005 c class in for routine service. Safety check was to include brake lines. Never got out of the parking lot because one brake line was bent and was now leaking. Never leaked before. Charged me $280 to fix it had to keep it over the week end. Was also told the windshield washer container was cracked and that would be another $260 to replace. The container was full of fluid and has never leaked. Think what you want.

Great experience!

Everything was professional and very streamlined. Javi was our sales guy and was very knowledgeable. Really appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I would like to take time to write a review of the Subaru...

I would like to take time to write a review of the Subaru division of this company, I was shopping all over so cal for a forester and some sales reps were ok and others not so much. which brings me to Leo at this dealership, he was professional, he returned my calls and even texted me specifics of the car I was looking to purchase. I placed an order with him and he promptly sent me a receipt and specifics. I ended up canceling the order for personal reasons and to my surprise Leo promptly refunded my money with no questions asked. Because of his attitude and professionalism I would highly recommend him.

Incredible service

Once I went in to buy my car, the 2019 GLE AMG, I was amazed to find that the vehicle was in the showroom instead of outside like any other used car lot. To my surprise, the buying process was so easy I couldn’t believe how quick the process was!

Crosstrek

Excellent experience, no headaches, no hassle, left with a new Crosstrek. Tylor was excellent thru the whole process, answered all our questions, no pressure whatsoever. If I'm looking for another car, I'll visit Sangera first.
