Great Service, Great Car

Thanks for a great car buying experience, Jeff. I came to Executive Auto Sales on Saturday to test drive a Cadillac DHS. The car was very clean, drove fine, and was very well kept. I had seen the Cadillac DHS before, but never drove. From the handle and drive of the car to the many features it offers, heated seats, steering wheel, data display about the function of the vehicle, the Cadillac DHS is a totally new experience in driving. The staff at Executive Auto Sales are very friendly and eager to help.

Nothing but the best experience!!

When people write reviews it's either really good experience or the most horrific. I can tell you, I had nothing but the best experience! I inquired about the vehicle on cars.com and he got back to me pretty quickly. He put the car for me on hold without a deposit like most dealerships require! I explained my whole situation to him and we did the whole deal over email. I lived pretty far away to make a couple trips there. When I went up there I saw the car for the first time. I was more than amazed! Car drove as if it was brand new! Very well taken car of all the way around. Signed for the vehicle and drove away very happy. Chris was very pleasant to deal with and very understanding. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a good quality used vehicle. Thanks again everybody at Executive Auto(:

Great buy by an experienced sales man

Thank you chris im so happy with my new honda, i really thought it was going to be a difficult process to get approved and from your experience you gave me advice, and did not lead me on. thank you so much and your team is awesome.I did not really pay attention to dealer reviews until i lost my previous car, you earned the 5 stars, i love my car! :)

Chris was great salesperson

I didn't buy the car, I drove from NH to RI, although was nice meeting Chris he did best to close the deal. Really nice people . I recommend dealership to everyone looking for friendly customer service.

Great service, great cars, great employees

I had my heart set on an Acura RSX that I really didn't think I'd be able to afford, but after sitting down and talking to Chris about Financing and everything, he really went out of his way to make sure that I was going to drive that car off the lot. Everyone here is super friendly, the cars are absolutely great, and even with shabby credit, they make sure they go above and beyond to assure you a great car.

2012 MB c300

Most of the time It takes two things to happen for someone to take time out of there day to write a review about a company and it is either a very positive or a negative experience. My experience was nothing but the BEST!!!. The price I paid for my car was thousands of dollars less than I could find from any other dealer in my 2 month search. The sales process was so fast I was blown away. I was able to see the car, apply for the loan, and drive it away all within 24 hours. The rate of 2.99% was also able to save me thousands! Chris, I have to hand it to you, the way that you took genuine interest in me it made me feel like I have been a family friend for years. I work as a manager in the customer service industry and if I had open positions on my team I would try and recruit you. This was the second car that my family bought in a 2 week period of time. The first car was an SUV from a major dealership in the Rhode Island market. I only wish I found you first....... Great friendly customer service and beautiful cars

The entire process from viewing the car that I bought to all of the paperwork and financing was a breeze. Chris and John couldn't have been more helpful. I left the dealership with my "new" used car feeling like it was a brand new car. The car was spotless and I was proud to be driving it. I received a call from Chris the next day to check on how I liked the car and at the same time he told me he already had the registration done for me. It's nice to finally find a dealership that truly cares about the customer. I will be buying my next car from them again.

Great guy, great dealership!

My 16 year old son and I were shopping around to find his first car. He found a model car he was interested in our price range on Cars.com. We met Chris and he was SO different than all the other used car salesmen we had dealt with. He is a dad and immediately understood our situation. He talked sports with my son which immediately put him at ease. The car was great but my 1 condition was that our mechanic take a look under the hood. Chris had no problem with this -- didn't make us put down a deposit or anything. We were happy our mechanic liked the car, with a few notes on things that might need repair down the line, but my son had his heart set on looking at 1 more car. Chris had no problem holding the car for us, again with no deposit required. The other car didn't compare and we came back to Chris to negotiate. He understood the list my mechanic had made and honored it by reducing the price so we could still afford the car and the repairs that might be coming soon. Chris dealt with the DMV and all the paperwork and made the entire process painless. He is super personable and makes the customer feel very comfortable. I valued his advice and never felt he was trying to snowball us. My son and I had looked at a few other cars and felt very distrustful of the dealerships. Executive Auto and Chris were no-pressure, very friendly, very informative, and made me want to buy another car from him just so I don't have to deal with the other type of dealerships out there. I will definitely go back to Executive and Chris just for the peace of mind and no-pressure, no-stress way they deal with their customers. Thank You Chris -- we should have gone to you first.

Satisfied

No hassle buying. Bought a used Acura TSX 2007 for my daughter. Beautiful car. I didn't even negotiate the price since it was already well under book value. Have had great luck so far. Had a squealing noise after 2 weeks which they determined was a brake cover rubbing. They Fixed it and no problem since. There arent any junks in the lot. So many times I drove far to look at vehicles only to find they were not like the pictures at all....
