Very nice lot of used cars! You can tell they take pride in the vehicles they choose to put on their lot. The whole process with Executive Auto Sales was smooth. No pressure at all, fair negotiations, easy paperwork. Kyle was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend doing business with this team!

5-STARS to guys at Executive Auto Sales, Smithfield, RI. Kyle & Neil were more than helpful through the whole process. My car arrived yesterday after a week on the road from RI to Mobile, AL The car was in even better shape/condition that they said it was!! I am more than pleased with my pruchase. Would definitly recommend EAS to anyone looking for a quality vechicle! Thanks again! Great job!

This is my 3 purchase from Executive Auto. The previous 2 cars served me extremely well -not one single issue with either .. general maintenance only!!! They make car buying easy, no pressure, no games, full disclosure and offer fair and honest pricing Not to mention the choice selection of cars especially in these crazy times Truly another great shopping experience and very satisfied . I truly wouldn’t shop anywhere else Thank you John and Neil for once again for the pleasant shopping experience Extremely Satisfied

I purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla for $8,500. Car was delivered to me and first time I tried to take it for a ride it wouldn’t start. The car had to be taken to a Toyota dealer to have new fuel pump put in,which being an older car I understand but not Evan a month later same problem is happening and I was told from owner I’m on my own. Terrible experience will never recommend nor buy another vehicle from them 👎🏻

I would just like to thank Neil, John and Kyle for turning what had been an incredibly stressful and exhausting car hunting experience with Carmax of Norwood, into an extremely easy and rewarding experience with Executive Auto in Smithfield, RI. When I called about the 2016 Jeep Cherokee and explained to Neil my most recent experience and that for the past 19 days I had been trying to get Carmax of Norwood to turnover the Title to another Jeep Cherokee Limited that I had them ship to the Westboro branch due to their incompetency. Neil’s first reaction was utter shock that it had been 19 days but then said that he would call me right back as he himself wanted to go check the Jeep out and to also look at the physical Title for my piece of mind. Knowing how much time was waisted with the other company and knowing how pressed for time we have getting ready to drive to PA for our daughter’s wedding, they offered to handle the payoff left on our trade-in and deal with yes, another TITLE! Needless to say, I am currently gazing out at my new Jeep with days to spare. Thanks again Neil, we will be more than happy to work with you again in the future!

I was searching for a car after mine was rear-ended and totaled :(. A large portion of my search was done remotely while I was traveling, which was quite stressful. Once I decided I wanted a Prius Prime, I had the best experience with Neil at Executive Auto Sales. He was very accommodating. He FaceTimed with me while I was at the airport to show me the car (even the undercarriage) while I was still traveling. He let me hold the car for several extra days while I found myself a ride to the dealership. And he was nice and helpful when I realized I needed a new charging cable! He got me one within a week. I've had my car 3 weeks now and I'm really really glad I got it. The price was right, and it was a much less stressful experience than I had at all the other dealerships I went to.

I picked up a 2012 Subaru Outback from them about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier. I worked with Pat, he is amazing! I found the car through Cars.com and was connected to Pat through them. After being without a car for almost two year I had done a lot of research before walking onto the lot, and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. So essentially the car was sold even before I got there. I told Pat I was on a tight budget and while the price for the car was Amazing, $9,999, I was going to have to wait to see what the bank was going to give me for the down payment. With zero hesitation he said no problem and we started the paper work. He even told me about a cheaper Forester he had on the lot of the same model year, and the only reason I didn’t switch is because I had leather seats and I hate the feeling of burning thighs in the summer. A week later I get approved for great loan and I pull off the lot in my beautiful 2012 Outback! Now, here is where things get interesting. I run out for tacos less than 24 hour after picking up the car and it stalls on me! Rightfully I was xxxxxxxx! Did these guys sell me a total piece of xxxx car? At this point it is worth noting I took possession of the car with just over 102,000 miles on it, and according to RI State Law a dealer does not have to provide a warrantee for any vehicle over 100,000. This was explained to me, by Pat, before I picked up the vehicle. However, since it had only been 24 hours, I thought I would try to talk to him anyway to see if there was anything he or the dealer could do. After talking to his boss, the Dealership offered to reimburse me half of whatever the cost of repair ended up being. I want to be clear, THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! The repair cost around $2,000. I was able to get Subaru of America to give me $1,000 and the Dealer Picked up half of the remaining $1,000. Meaning that a $2,000 repair ended up costing me on $500 out of pocket. Over all I had an amazing experience and I would definitely buy from them again!

This is the worst place ever. Bought a car and the gave me problems from day one. I only had the car for 2 months and it’s gone. They are frauds, Bad customer service and they don’t service their car before selling it. I will not recommend them. Paid almost 23k just to drive the car for 2 months. I’ve been through so much and wasted so much money on this car since I got it in November and they don’t give a xxxx. I’m definitely going to handle them traditionally in my country.🤷🏽‍♀️
