Exceptional Service from Our Sales Agent Christian! I had a fantastic experience with our sales agent, Christian! I was helping my mom purchase a small SUV, something she has been wanting for quite some time. My mom is a busy woman who knows what she wants and doesn’t have time to waste. After spotting the vehicle she liked on CarGurus.com yesterday, she decided she wanted to visit the dealership to see it in person.We arrived without an appointment.Christian warmly welcomed us.My mom pointed out the vehicle she was interested in from the website, and the rest is history.From start to finish, Christian was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He truly listened to our needs. Unlike other dealerships that can make the car shopping experience feel overwhelming or rushed, and where the sales agents can be overly pushy, Christian was a breath of fresh air. More agents should strive to be like him!

We had a schedule appointment.

We had a schedule appointment. They told us 2 hours, but ended up being 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they charged us for services that should have been included in our 3yr / 36K maintenance plan. Called mulitple times to get this corrected, but very hard to talk to an actual person. I finally got a call back from a service manager. They said they would look into it and call me back by end of day. Never heard from them again. Just an overall awful experience.

Everyone was very court as caring and efficient

Everyone was very court as caring and efficient unfortunately I could not come in and very much appreciated and them coming to my home to pick up my vehicle service and bring it back for me. That was a blessing there a great team and an asset to the company I would recommend Them to family and friends

Great sales experience. Paul Stokes did a great job working the deal with me. Highly recommended. Finance department was no pressure to upsell. Great over all experience . Love the Hyundai Kona!

Contacted Damion Green, who we had worked with on a new

Contacted Damion Green, who we had worked with on a new car purchase 9 months prior. There had been a hiccup in that transaction, but Damion and the Management team had really stepped up to address it to our satisfaction. This time, simply let Damion know which vehicle listed on their website I was interested in, & though we crossed wires a couple of times, he & the team again made it a really positive buying experience. Percy, in Finance, also made the process work (wish they'd accept a personal check though, as a previous dealer did on two different occasions). We now have '24 and '25 Tucson Hybrids (we own 4 Hyundais -- have owned 3 others among the family), & we'll reach out to Damion if there's a next one.
