Caden is a great person to work with.

Caden is a great person to work with. Everything went smoothly, although I am awaiting the shipment of the car to Texas. One of the best things was the thoroughness of detail on the website. Comprehensive photos, video, write up and Carfax. I got what I needed from those descriptions and conversations with Caden.

The sales person was the best.

The sales person was the best. I am located out of Pennsylvania and wanted to trade a 2021 Aviator Black Label Grand Touring one owner. They advertise transportation for the swap of vehicles. Unfortunately they will not deliver their vehicle and return with your vehicle. With today’s tools at hand they certainly could have verified my vehicle trade value and made this transaction happen. They told me to sell locally and buy theirs. No problem, except they sent me, a week later, an email asking if I had made the sale. I turns out they sold my desired vehicle without giving me a courtesy call and first chance of first refusal???? Poor communication.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a Porsche 911 that was delivered inoperable on public roads, and immediately in the shop for $2,394.32 in repair bills on the very first test drive. See attached photo. LW has refused to offer any assistance, compensation, or remedies whatsoever. They referred me to a local mechanic who examined the car and then proceeded to deliver me a car with engine issues that made it impossible to operate safely. The car failed in multiple ways including a broken window upon first operation and an engine failure less than 6 miles in to the very first drive. Their response says they "reduced the sales price of the vehicle by thousands" which is objectively false. Their website falsely advertises free shipping if you pay full price for the car. I told them I was located in Los Angeles and was told "that's too far and requires an extra $500 in transportation cost". This $500 cost is not noted anywhere on the website, so that's red flag one. I was told the covered transportation cost was $2,000. So I simply asked them to reduce the purchase price of the vehicle by that exact amount and handle the transportation cost myself. Surprise surprise, I was able to get fully covered transportation for hundreds less than $2,000, so this is just another way for them to disingenuously get some extra money from you. If you want to avoid lack of communication, dishonesty, and the possibility of purchasing a car that simply does not operate, do not work with this company.

They have an eye for unique cars. Thanks Caden your the greats. purchased 3 cars with 0 issues and no drama!!!! DONT LET MONEY BE YOUR PRISONER, life is too short to drive boring cars.

I had the most pleasurable experience buying a car from Caden at LW Automotive. Everything was up front, and fees listed on site were accurate. The car was accurately depicted and described on the sites. I would not hesitate to work with then again!

What a crap show of incompetence, poor customer service,

What a crap show of incompetence, poor customer service, lack of communication. Two teenagers who seem to know nothing about exotics ("What's a Lotus?".. and then didn't know what a hoist is to lift the car to inspect it. Wow! And he's selling $100k cars?) One person doesn't know what the other is doing with vehicles they advertise. When I actually drive 300 miles out of my way to go see this car, suddenly there's big problems with the car and it's not there?!?! Didn't bother to mention that in the multiple emails, texts and calls in the 8 days before I got there. I guess they rely on selling $75,000 and $100,000 cars to people sight unseen as they keep stressing in their ad they ship it to you so just send yer money. What a joke!
