Excellent Service

Excellent customer service.. Brought my car in for service helped by Art Valera for the 2nd time.. As always he delivers excellent service to his clients. Keep up the great work Art.

Great service rep and quick service. Rep was knowledgeable and very professional I go to this dealership rather then the one closer to me. Rate 5 stars

Poor customer service- bad experience

The people I dealt with were very rude and unprofessional. The service professional didn’t have enough patience and was not respectful. They couldn’t fix my car’s issue either

Oil change

Rushed the oil change , when I checked my oil , it looked dirty which means they did not drain it enough before adding more oil.

5000 mile service

I had the opportunity to work with Donald Holimon, the Service Drive Manager, when coming in for my 5000 mi service for my Toyota. He was efficient and explained everything to me. To ensure I would get the best out of my Toyota Care, he laid out the periodicity for me to get my maintenance done. He made the appointment easy!

New lease. Repeat customer

3 years ago, we leased a Camry and loved it. When the leased ended, we went back and we were very pleased with the car, the lease deal, and Valero was very helpful! We will be back in a few years! They mad sure we had the bells and whistles we wanted and a price that worked.
