We went to look at the car, had an appointment and the

We went to look at the car, had an appointment and the car wasn’t there. The salesman I was talking to wasn’t available to even talk to us. Found out from someone else the car was having a recall done at a different store. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible communication and the fact that we wasted a trip, left us with bad taste in our mouths.

Fernando was very helpful, and the process was very

Fernando was very helpful, and the process was very efficient. The only problem I had, and everyone else in the country, is prices are higher than what they should be, but I can't recieve fair value for my trade in.

Dealership won't sell to out of state buyers.

Dealership won't sell to out of state buyers. Tried to buy vehicle and was told that due to emissions regulations in different state they couldn't sell the car. This is one of the most lame excuses I've heard in my 50+ years of buying cars.

Body Shop Accident repair

Had issue with alignment of bumper skin and quarter panel..they immediately apologized and ordered new skin for replacement.Awesome service and customer experience.

Bad service repairs

Bad repair issues. Needed to come back to the dealership to fix bad repair. Vehicle scratched the day I first purchased it and then again during first year warranty inspection.

The people I dealt with was strictly by phone. Two different people contacted me and both were very professional. I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.

Amazing service and body shop dept and employees!

Bergstrom has been amazing! We ended up making the mistake of purchasing a 2019 Buick Enclave from a different dealership out of the state and have had a whole lot of problems that they have been unwilling to help pay for or fix. We have had to bring the vehicle to Bergstrom Green Bay (a local Buick dealer) over 5 times since purchasing only 2 months ago. Bergstrom, specifically Layloni in service and Rick in Body shop have been absolutely amazing to work with!!! They have been so so so helpful and understanding and have done more for us that is likely required under warranty as this vehicle had obviously been in an accident and The dealer we purchase led from covered it up. The windshield is aftermarket and it leaks, the hood is unaligned and there is multiple screws missing once you lift the hood. The list goes on and on. It has been a nightmare. We have had noting but problems with it. Thankfully we have had an amazing dealership with quality, caring employees like Layloni and Rick at Bergstrom Automotive of Green Bay that truly care about their customers and are willing to help in anyway they can. They go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction and that is hard to find these days. We will be purchasing and servicing all future vehicles at Bergstrom because of the customer service we have revived. Thank you for being a great dealership and enjoying great people!
