Excellent Service Experience at Boucher Hyundai - Top Notch!

The Reason why I buy Hyundai Boucher is Not only because the Hyundai Stands behind their product and service (even beyond warranty period); It’s truly because of the Quality of Character, High Quality Work, Expert-Advice, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism of the Technicians, Service Managers, Key-Salespeople, and others in the Service and Parts Departments. It is Exactly why I dumped those previous brands; even recently bought a Hyundai Santa Fe, instead of a Ford or GM product. I wanted Only ‘My Service’ Department working on it. My background is that of Consulting, Executive Coaching, and Innovation. Have also taught Graduate business school and am the product of 2 teachers. I rarely, Ever, give someone 100% That type of grade indicates there is No Room for Improvement; yet Boucher Hyundai has Earned that type of grade. Please do Not rest on your laurels; keep it up! These reasons are why I Highly Recommend Boucher Hyundai and have switched Entirely over to buying Hyundai products. I’ve had Ford, GM, Toyota and other brands before, and have given business to other Dealerships before. Best Service organization in the area; hands down.

The people were very kind and understanding. They helped make the decision of buying a car very easy. The only thing that could be improved is the time management. The reason for saying this is because I believe the process could’ve been done faster. But the workers seemed a little distracted. Overall, and great experience and very happy with the decision we made.

Regarding a six month maintenance checkup on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra, it was primarily an oil and oil filter change along with overall inspections... My overall coordinator was Alicia Gunter. She handled everything with knowledge, was very professional and ... ... I’ve just come to expect the service people at Bucher Hyundai are very down to earth and approachable - I appreciated this very much! Thank you, Alicia, for your help ... 😊

Second chance did the trick - Great Service Consultant (Mgr

After picking up my 2004 SantaFe, although the original problem was fixed, the engine was 'racing' and idling far too high. I brought it back the next morning and Dan Doble was right on top of the issue - and would see to it that the new issues would be resolved at no cost to me. Since it was clear the problem was created during the last repair work, I asked if a loaner was available. Dan checked and gave me the keys to a new Elantra - at no charge. I picked up my car a few hours later and it runs like a top!

I noticed my engine light kept coming on and my car would not accelerate past 60mph. Randy contacted Hyundai to pin point what was needed. They test drove my vehicle to make sure it was fixed.

People were friendly. The windshield wiper fluid is pretty much empty and I was told it was topped off as well as the coolant is below the line. Very disappointed 😕
