Fast easy scheduling and service. Price okay too and the follow up is a nice feature. I liked the pack of cookies attached to the follow up paper wanting to make sure of satisfaction.

New Lease

While the lease negotiation was not good, working with Darlene is great. She remains one of my fave car salespeople I have ever worked with at any dealer. Fred, the finance guy was nice but I always seem to have trust issues with the finance person and Fred was no different in that category. The difference between Fred and Darlene is that I feel Darlene has my back and truly wants to make a deal I am comfortable with and Fred just has Boucher's back. However, I will reiterate that Fred was a friendly person. Would have been really awful if he wasn't. And the lease negotiation wasn't the same as previously, not much leverage almost as though Hyundai doesn't want to do them anymore. Do they??

Above and beyond

I went to Hyundai Waukesha because I knew the Vehicle I wanted was at that location. Unfortunately, it was in the back lot behind 3 other vehicles. Alex Dominguez went above and beyond in the cold windy eve to allow me to test drive it. Then he recommended I take it home for the night to see how it really felt. The next day I came back to purchase my new 2020 Kona! Cheryl Bousquet

Great visit as always. Quick and easy oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling and check in was easy and efficient. Car was done early and coffee was good.

Friendly service. Honest why would you make someone type a 25 word minimum? Service at the dealership was fine. Survey sucks and wastes valuable customer time. There enough words.
