Ferrari Service
I recently had to have a couple of items corrected on my 599. Like many older Ferraris, it had the sticky plastic syndrome. Darko Despotovic, Ferrari Newport Beach Service, was my service advisor. He was very responsive, took care of my concerns, and kept me informed of status along the way. Its easy to recommend this facility inn general and Darko in particular. ML

Everyone was great
John Bohas was great through the whole process. My wife and I had a Maserati Levante GranSport built and he was giving updates through the whole process. The car came out even better than we imagined. Tim Sandquist (General Manager) was great as well. We could not be happier.

Ferrari service friendly and efficient.
Of course, one would expect the sales and service departments of a Ferrari Dealership to be competent; but, in addition to doing their jobs effectively, all members of the service team are also friendly as well as efficient and attentive. Darko Despotic is a good example of being pleasant yet efficient. That goes for the whole Ferrari team from Bryan down to Paulo, the shuttle driver, and even the cashier. RJP.

Recent service appointment
I have been a customer here since the facility opened. I would not go anywhere else. I just took A new 488 Spyder in for the clear protective film. I dropped off the car and my wife picked it up. We were treated very well by Bryan Clockel. He is professional, courteous and very receptive to our needs. I would recommend him highly. Doug Darko and Bryan and all staff here are like a family to us. I hope President Bill Story will sell us a new 488 Pista so we can here even more! Love Steve and Krystal Peters
