    Four months I've been trying to find out what was wrong with my van. Took it to LHM dealership in Riverdale and worked with Frank. They figured it out... and got my van repaired, safety, and emissions done in 1 day. If it hadn't been for they're caring about my vehicle working properly, I wouldn't even have my van anymore. So don't mess around. When you need something done and done right, these are the guys to go to. Thank you all so very much!

    I came in for an oil change, they fixed a bulb and always do a good job, and as quickly as possible. I like the parts department always haing my things... in stock.

    2015 Dart needed a new radio and ignition coil wires replaced. It was under warranty, but I was not told I had a deductible. Took a week to get approval... from Chrysler for repairs and 5 days for parts to get there. Would like to see a faster service on the approval and parts ordered. The service was excellent and courteous. I thank every one for their efforts on getting things done.

    I got a check engine light for a bad oil pump. They changed out the oil pump without giving me the run around like other dealers have done to me in the... past. They got me in within a couple of days and made the repair in one day. Great service!

    Prompt service for a recall. The repair took 1.5 hours, they had to remove the dash to get to it. The bag was a passenger air bag

    I paid $125 for a diagnostic that gave me no information and all other than they would have to tear into my transmission to resolve the problem. It also... took 5 hours when I was told it would be 1-2. After opting to put my diagnostic charges toward a software update that should have taken less than an hour, I was told they didn't have time left in the day. (I was told this at 5 and their techs leave at 6) I agreed to pick my vehicle up early, as I had to work in tbe morning. At about 10 am I still hadn't heard anything from them and got a ride to the dealership to see what was up. When I arrived they still weren't finished and said just 5-10 more minutes. After 20 my vehicle was finally ready. Come to find out, the reason that it took so long was because they opted to do a safety recall that I wasn't aware of and did not approve. When they rang me out they also charged me $10 for "shop supplies" which the service writer was quick to say they couldn't take off the bill. Since I was running late I paid and left. After I got to work I noticed that they had failed to put back my Dash correctly after they had torn it apart and left a clip sitting in the center console. They also broke a side vent in the process of removing it. This location has very poor communication and I don't appreciate how they treated my vehicle. I will not be recommending or returning to this location.

    2.5 hour oil change. No one checked on me. Finally chased people down to get my car back. But the oil did get changed so I guess that's a good sign

    They said they would call when the car was done. They didn't. I ended up going to check. They washed my car, thank you...but they did not dry it....so... spots on windshield.
