5 Stars across the board! The staff was so professional and friendly. They went above and beyond and I could tell customer service their number one priority. I definitely recommend BMW of Mobile for all of your auto needs. They made purchasing a vehicle such a pleasant experience!

I know for a fact that I have never been treated so well
I know for a fact that I have never been treated so well by anyone at any other dealership before. This is my second experience at BMW of Mobile and I am certain that I will continue to return for future needs. The amount of time and energy that the entire team spends on their BMW owners comfort level is more than impressive. To say that they go above and beyond is an understatement! I had my 13 year old son with me for our hour long road trip appointment and he was so pampered by everyone at BMW of Mobile from the service writer Rebecca to the GM Mr Scott - he now wants to go to all of my appointments with not only my BMW but also my husband’s so that he has twice the opportunity to visit BMW of Mobile. That says a lot!! Thank you team!! Job well done; once again, a happy customer! 🥰

This dealership handled my old 2008 3 series with care
This dealership handled my old 2008 3 series with care and expertise. They corrected 4 recall issues and quickly diagnosed a failed keyless entry and door lock problem. They were fair with the price and my service advisor, Reed, was exceptional. I hate spending money on repairs, but I’m glad to have them as a resource. They represent their luxury brand well with professionalism and courtesy.

Service department is not good.
Service department is not good. They don?t deliver when they say, maybe because of lack of technician. And they overcharge and claim that it is because owning a BMW is expensive. I?m going to try and never go back to them. I?ll drive to MS or FL or Montgomery.
