Zero stars if I could.
Zero stars if I could... I stopped at Route 46 Nissan to purchase a used vehicle they had on their lot. I didn't try to haggle over the listed price and when asked by the salesperson how I'd be paying for the vehicle I advised I'd be paying cash for it. The dealer tried to pressure me into financing at least a portion of the vehicle and they told me the purchase price was at a minimum with the assumption the buyer would purchase the extended warranty and would finance the vehicle through them. I finally acquiesced and agreed to finance a portion of the cost through them, however I still declined the protection package. The manager then informed me that the dealership was no longer interested in proceeding further with the sale. Wow! Talk about unethical! There's nothing in their advertising to alert buyers that the buyer will be expected to purchase the extended warranty and finance through them before they'll consider selling a car to you. Astonishing how they treat a prospective customer who could have been a very loyal customer! My recommendation is to skip this dealership and go elsewhere!

Was sold a $4000.
Was sold a $4000.00 extended warranty was not asked if I wanted it just slid it in went thru a bunch of banks to find one that would add that to loan getting letters from banks saying to much over value of car kept going till he found one when I called and talked to Ramon he talked to me like I was stupid anytime l bought a car came with 2 keys got 1 key salesman said I had to buy one

I wish I could give negative stars.
I wish I could give negative stars. I went to this dealership ready to pay the advertised price, only to be hit with a surprise $4,000 fee for a pre-owned certification that was supposed to be included. When I questioned this, they claimed it was mandatory—even though the car had less than 4,000 miles and clearly didn’t need it, it’s still under warranty. I have pictures of their mixed messages: one saying the certification is included and another stating that I don’t have to buy it and that the only fees I would be responsible for would be tax, tags and documentation fees ($895), so which is it? And I’m not the only one who’s been burned by this. Think about it: when was the last time you went to a store and they refused to sell you something at the price they were advertising? Avoid this dealership if you value honest, upfront price and your time. Unlike others, I will not be stopping at a review.

Offered to pay full price as advertised, then they say there’s a $4,000 fee for pre-owned certification which was included per advertisement. The I say I don’t need it since the car has less than 4,000 miles and they say I have to buy it. This place and the manager are a joke. Crooks.

This is how you choose to run your business!! I made a full price offer based on the price you advertised for the car, but instead of accepting it, you discriminated against me. I’m not the first to experience this, and it seems this is how you consistently operate. Yesterday, I emailed you about the situation, yet despite clearly being online (since you responded to this review), you didn’t bother to respond to my email. Now, you’re trying to portray your dealership as one with morals and integrity. Your actions speak much louder than your words, and it’s clear you have no interest in treating customers fairly. I’m not the first or only customer experiencing this, so this is how you have chosen to run your business. I never went to any other store or business where they refused to sell me something for the price they were asking…think about that!

The worst dealership I have dealt with.
The worst dealership I have dealt with. They don't bother to give you straight answer or even call back. They just want your money and want nothing to do with you. They tell you one thing and say one thing but then in person you find out different. Very unprofessional and unreliable. This is reflection on overall experience with the dealership and not just sales rep.
