Friendly service, bright and clean showroom

Leased a Pathfinder today and we have to say this was one of the nicest times we've had at a dealership. We knew we wanted a Pathfinder and contacted the dealership ahead and asked if they could work us up some numbers before we spent many hours there. The person we spoke to Gary, said sure no problem. He got back to us a few days later with some quotes on the different levels of the Pathfinder. We were then told to see Nancy today. Wonderful person! She was so friendly, made us feel at home, and answered all of our questions. Gary and Nancy thank you for all your help today....We are very pleased with the Pathfinder!

Great dealership!! Extremely friendly

I am a loyal customer to Nissan I have had my leases in the past with them, and never a bad experience. From my phone call in I believe I spoke to Kalvin who helped me out. We spoke over the phone I booked the appointment with him for Saturday came in spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Rich and Charles. Both great by the way wonderful attitudes very knowledgeable no mess. I test drove the vehicle and they even gave me a $25 gift card Charles told me that it was just for test driving, and so be it I have it right on time for the Christmas holidays. Thank you so much my Altima is great I got a great lease price. I recommend this dealership.

Lease a Brand New 2016 Maxima!

This was the easiest process I have ever been through. Kalvin Moncayo made sure we were taken care of right away. He was straight forward and made the process one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dealership. He should be a trainer for sales. If more salesman had his skill, more vehicles would be sold.

Great lease experience

We went in to turn in our leased Maxima and weren't sure what we were going to do next. The staff we worked with were patient, helpful and gave us a great deal on a new leased Sentra. There were no gimmicks or games just professionalism and courtesy.

went in for service, end result new vehicle

Mr. Robert Scott thank you for being a salesman as well as a gentleman. My intentions were not to purchase a vehicle but repair the one I drove there in. You've made my vehicle search process less stressful than I ever imagined. I must mention, folk complain about poor customer service wherever they go. But I must admit Mr. Scott showed great patience. I drove away with a new vehicle, thank you Mr. Scott. Anyone looking for a salesman at a Nissan dealer that has patience & a gentleman, ask for Mr. Robert Scott. You might asked why I didn't give a 5 star rating, no fault of Mr. Scott's. When I had to time to read my financial papers, my payments were different than what I agreed to. I couldn't submit this review unless I agreed to the terms

Hello Friends, I came in on the 7th of November. I scheduled an appointment to speak about a New Nissan Sentra (beautiful car by the way)!! Thank you. I was handled by a sales lady by the name of Nancy, I believe the only woman in the store. I got lucky. She was extremely helpful and very easy to work with No complaints what so ever. I'm writing on here, because I see people complain about the dealership, but it's not the case. The people there in the dealership are very kind courteous and a fun bunch to speak to. Again I am happy with my purchase I have no complaints what so ever.

Professional and polite deal.

Leased a Rogue Select from Route 46 Nissan and found it a rather easy process. I have bought cars at other places and this was one of the easier places to do business with. I highly recommend asking for John Magginnis when you go to look at a car here.

No Call Returned!!!

Asked for information about a repair online the chat agent asked for my contact information and let me know that a representative will call me, I never received any such call from them, so I called them asked for the service department and was transferred to their voicemail, I requested that they please call me about a service for my vehicle, that return call never happened either, so is this a company people should use and trust? if you ask me the simple answer is NO!
