I?ve been doing business with this dealership for years and have spent thousands of dollars in repairs and preventative maintenance. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and, after this last time, I won?t be returning unless I absolutely have to due to what I feel is being greatly overcharged. I had the valves adjusted with a new valve cover gasket. The cost was $655.00, $420 to adjust the valves and $235 for the gasket. I was told the adjustment would be about $400 ahead of time and just accepted it. When I learned that I was charged so much for the gasket, I contacted a couple of independent shops afterwards that specialize in Dodge diesel trucks with certified mechanics and learned that I could have gotten the job done with the gasket for half the price. Even though the service folks I?ve dealt with have always been great, I am not paying exorbitant prices anymore.
100,000 mile check up
Not impressed with the customer service. Was handed my bill and had no explanation what was found/fixed, and felt I was just expected to pay. It took about 15 min to have someone speak with me about what was actually done. Probably won?t go back.

Horrendous Customer Service
I have called over 40 times in the past 5 months trying to get an extended warranty canceled on a vehicle that I no longer own. I have never received a call back. Not once. I have left countless messages and every employee I have spoken to has assured me that my message will be passed on. I was incredibly lucky one day to be able to get ahold of a Sales Manager who had a Finance Manager sitting across the desk from him. That’s the only time I have ever been able to actually speak to a Finance Manager. This individual assured me that he would email me the form to cancel the warranty. That was a week and a half ago and I still have not received the form. Big surprise that I can’t get ahold of anyone again no matter how many times I call back. This is a large chunk of money and I am incredibly upset with this business and their operation. I would never recommend someone to work with them. To the employee who keeps telling me that I just need to come in to the store to cancel it - I am in the military and literally live halfway across the country. As I have told you several times.

Fixed my car and they actually got in sooner than I expected
5 star customer service
The people are helpful and courteous. The shop is very clean. I took my car in because I recieved a recall notice. It was a little thing but they took care of it.

Buying a car
I wanted to buy a car from one lot but it was at another lot who refused to transfer the car to the lot where I was so I had to drive from Denver to littleton to buy the car where I spend another long wait but the two guys that where in charge of my sale were amazing very professional and very nice, a five star ti those two.

Truck needs a jump to start
I had to wait a week for an appointment because my truck was under warranty. Had an appointment for 815 am. Drop truck off at 800 am. Took them all day to look at my truck. The only problem was the battery. I was told the battery was good before i took it there. Overall i would not recommend Autonation for repairs. They over extend themselves with too many cars to repair in a day. I was told there was 50 cars ahead of my truck. I never saw 50 cars to be repaired. Then i learned when i got my oil changed at another autonation dealer, they put to small of a oil filter on my truck. It was leaking oil. So, no i would never recommend autonation dealers to repair my truck.
