Aaron Mitchel was helpful and I never felled pressured. Need to have a bigger sign designated your dealership as Auto Nation, drove around the block three times till I noticed license plates. I am not from Denver and seldom drive here.

There is absolutely no replacement for Mike Hoffman.

There is absolutely no replacement for Mike Hoffman. He will be missed. Derek Johnson, Jayden Cook, and Angel in finance we’re a pleasure to work with. This is my second vehicle purchased from AutoNation Jeep Southwest. And will not be my last. Cannot recommend enough. Takes the stress out of Car shopping.

My brother and I came to look at a specific car.

My brother and I came to look at a specific car. The sales person was busy with someone else and so we were passed off to a newby. We spent hours going over this car, but could not test drive it because the shop found a nail in the tire that was low. We asked about putting a deposit down on it and were told that because the tire needed repair the car was "NOT FOR SALE". We all agreed that we would come back tomorrow to test drive it and if nothing is found wrong with the test drive we would buy it. The next day the sales person called telling me the car was ready and if I was still interested. I replied that I would be there in a couple hours. When my brother and I got there, we were told someone else bought it but they have another just like it. They BAIT AND SWITCHED us and I always thought that was ILLEGAL. This is my warning to all that would do business with Auto Nation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest. I feel like Jacob who worked for Laban for 7 years to marry Rachel but was giver Leah instead. If I was that managers boss he would not be working for me even as a lot boy.

The purchase experience was horrible.

The purchase experience was horrible. The product we ended up with is not what we wanted. What seemed like an upgrade to them, was not to us. Plastic bumper xxx can't even get up a hill.

Had to bring it back a 2nd time to get the same thing
