Do Not PURCHASE here! We spent $42,000 on a truck that spent 6 weeks in the repair shop for repairs that were never made! We were told by Erick Kolder that our truck was getting a complete new head assembly from Dodge due to a blown head gasket. They just replaced the head gasket and reinstalled the old head! Employees were directed to NOT RESPOND to any of our communications! General Manager doesn't take calls or respond to any communications! READ ALL NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS AND CHECK OUT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS ON THIS DEALERSHIP, and then shop elsewhere!

They attempted to repair damage to this vehicle instead of lowering the price and did a ?repair? which ended up costing me more $. Sales person took days to get back to me in some cases and never followed up on my request for info on additional vehicles. Sales person also shared too much personal stuff with me. I wish him well but I am trying to run a business. I have two more vehicles to purchase this month and no information on them despite requesting info last week multiple times.

I first arrived late on a Friday after visiting a couple

I first arrived late on a Friday after visiting a couple other dealerships…unlike the others, Salesman Nick greeted me right away! The relaxed, fun and professional attitude was refreshing! Sales, Managers and finance, were all encouraging! We started working on a deal…Saturday I brought my wife and we test drove various models. Everyone worked hard to show us various options to make a deal. It helped to have A salesman that was a Jeep guy…even with a Jeep logo tattoo! Their parts and labor department had better prices on accessories too! We drove home that night with a new Jeep! Thanks Nick!

I want to thank AutoNation Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest. I went with the idea to buy a car on Friday before the snowstorm and winter season. I had just paid off my car and found that they were willing to work with me and my credit. I believe that their customer service was top level. I was given a test drive and we discussed financing. I was given a good rate and a brand new vehicle. I am thankful for AutoNation. This is the third time I have worked with them. They are a good sales team that offers a professional experience and friendly environment. Thank you! I really needed this car to start LYFT driving and to get me to my main job as a teacher.
