Your store is the most unprofessionally run dealership...

Your store is the most unprofessionally run dealership I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I came to your store in June of this year to purchase a car for my daughters first car. We ended up buying a lemon which I suspect your service department already knew since the engine light had already been on during our test drive. The car then failed emissions and transmission issued also became evident. I dealt with Erick Kaldor in Service. You should fire him today! He made me two different appointments without completing any paperwork so the vehicle was never worked on. He then acts like it isn’t big deal and not his fault since your short handed. His customer service is atrocious. You should read the reviews on your service department. He is either very intelligent or just doesn’t care. I should note at this point that I left you personally three messages to voice my displeasure and you never returned my calls. I asked your used sales manager Noah to speak with you and he did not make that happen. Speaking of Noah Montayne, he is the epitome of a used car salesman. He would not provide me with a refund for the lemon car but would get us another car. The problem was you didn’t have another car! I ended up finding the car on the internet. I thought at the very least, since nobody was willing to acknowledge all of the problems I’ve had with your dealership, that he would at least waive the delivery fee for the ford since I already paid it on the Chrysler. NOAH REFUSED!!! Last year I bought a 52k truck from Auto Nation. My wife is looking for a brand new Jeep right now. My family will never buy another vehicle from Auto Nation again, all thanks to your store, which is extremely poorly and unprofessionally operated.

I always get great service from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Southwest. We've bought multiple vehicles there and had them service them all. I've never been disappointed and they always try to find a coupon or discount to help defer the cost.

Two days in the shop and zero calls from the service...

Two days in the shop and zero calls from the service department. I had requested a call for charges before work on the electronic and paper ticket. I've had my car in twice and ultimately 4 days to get an oil change and repair an auto stop start feature. Highly disappointed and a call would have solved it. By the way I did get a call 15minutes after I called for status. The call was to tell me my car was ready when I told the same person that I couldn't pick it up till the following day. Finally this was the second time attempting service neither with status calls and the service manager could not be reached with daily calls even after I registered a complaint.

They lie and don't follow thru only good thing is finance...

They lie and don't follow thru only good thing is finance department. Sold me a vehicle with tires they claimed were at 7/32 and after 1000 miles they were at 3/32 and claimed that was normal wear. Plus have a tick in my fan that no one seemed to hear until I pointed it out it's noisy
