Jim is my mechanic, recommended to me by 2 sources last year. My husband and I now trust our cars to Jim and we have been very satisfied. Jim has his name on his business and he has earned a reputation he can be proud of. I get great turnaround for routine service as well as for repairs. They are family-run, and they care. Jim has also been on the lookout for another car for me and he calls me when he thinks he has a match. Recently, he had a recommendation that was a sweet deal and in perfect condition. I consider my family to be blessed to have Jim and his family looking out for us. I give my highest recommendations!!! Clean facility too!

I purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV 4 from Jim's Auto Sales in July 2017. It was a great experience, it was the first car I purchased on my own and Jim helped me with everything including all the paper work. When I came to Jim I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Jim found the best possible buy I could have hoped for. My wife and I are so happy with the car. When we picked the car up it looked and drove like a brand new vehicle. We have had all of our cars serviced at Jim's for many years and cannot state enough how great Jim and all of the employees and Jim's Auto Sales always have been. I've purchased two cars from Jim and will never go anywhere else! We discussed the type of car I was looking for and ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Altima with low miles. Even when I lived out of town, I brought my car back for any service or repairs I needed. He's even great on short notice; when I called him about my check engine light last week, he had me bring it in the next day and it was done by the time I was out of work. I recommend Jim and his team to all my friends, family, and coworkers!

Just purchased our 3rd car from Jim in the past 2 years. Really listened to what we were looking for and stayed in our budget. Personal service and followed up to make sure were pleased with our purchases. Service department regularly services our cars with great attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

With all of the great reviews I was surprised and disappointed when my wife and I went there to look at a Nissan Altima we saw on this website. At first Jim seemed friendly. We took the car for a test ride. the car was dirty inside. there was visible dried mud or dirt stains on the back of the front seats and the rear seats. Both windows squeaked as we powered them down, the breaks sounded like they were gonna fall off (this went away after driving a little way, so possibly just corrosion on the rotors from moisture), and there was another noise as we drove, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. When we got back Jim asked how we liked it and I said that it needed to be cleaned up but once it was it would be nice. He scoffed at that, gave us his card and said to have a nice weekend. He seemed more concerned with leaving after 5pm then trying to sell a car. Maybe he thought we weren't serious buyers because we weren't local, but we drove over an hour to get there and total time spent there sans the test drive (which really was only about 10 min or less) was about ten minutes. Oh yea, and then there was the swarm of bees near the front door that he and his mechanic were scrambling to find spray for!! I don't know his mechanics name, but at least he was more personable and actually tried talking the car up like you would expect a salesman to do. IDK, maybe we caught him on a bad day. Maybe he was in a hurry to get to the casino. Who knows, but he lost a cash sale that he could've made.

With our second vehicle we happened to stumble upon it while bringing our car down for routine work. Jim breaks down the car buying process so nicely and understandable. He takes care of all of the paperwork so that you are not stressing at making phone calls or gathering up paperwork from multiple places.
