I would rate both zero stars if it would let me proceed....

I would rate both zero stars if it would let me proceed. I contacted Carville regarding a vehicle on their website Wednesday afternoon. I was contacted by Derek wed. evening. Thursday morning did the credit app over the phone. Thursday afternoon, I was contacted again by Derek to say I was approved for the vehicle I inquired about and could come anytime. Friday morning, contacted Derek to set up Saturday to complete transaction, as dealership is 2.5 hrs. away from my home. Showed up Saturday, he tells me car was sold the nite before. Offers to show me additional vehicles I qualify for. The 1st one had 209000 miles on it and my original approval was for twice the horsepower and odometer was at 117xxx. All for the same price! He continued to point out "similiar" cars I qualified for from the back. They were dented, dirty, and obvious replacement parts were not installed to even line up. I expressed hesitation and disappointment over original "deal" not happening. He offered me 2 others to look at an left to take a call. When he returned, I said id test drive the better of the 2, he said i didnt qualify for that one due to a 400 dollar price difference. Never asked if Icould pay it, which I could have but at this point walked away disappointed and disgusted. It cost me 100 bucks to get a ride the 150 miles one way to go get the car I was promised, and it wasent even there! What a rude, senseless act of scandalistic salesmanship. If this is how you have to get business, Ill share my story as far and wide as it takes to hold you and your company accountable. As if we arent already suffering enough today! If America had to count on people and companies like you, we wouldnt have survived much more than the 1st fifty years! You are disgraceful!

Bad experience buying from Carville’s auto Mart. As a first time car buyer wouldn’t recommend you to buy a car there if you don’t know your inns and outs in buying a car because my options were never discussed with me. Tried contacting his mangers about concerns and he and his staff just blow me off to another if not another staff. Very frustrating and unpleasant having to sign paperwork not just 2 times but three different times because paperwork error on their behalf.. What car sales place does that? Andrea Cervantes

Steve was awesome, as usual!! He found just the right vehicle for us, a large family needed a large vehicle. He got me what I wanted for my trade & got us the terms we wanted!!! Awesome again Steve Snyder!!!

Carville's Auto Mart was soooo good to us, At 1st!!!...

Carville's Auto Mart was soooo good to us, At 1st!!! After we drove our van home I noticed that wiring harness kit for the dvd/ stereo had been removed! I notified Gabby Garcia very next day & have tried to contact him at least 8 times myself & my husband has tried more times than me. It's been almost a month & we still havent received a call back although we have sent him text msgs, voice mails & even have talk to other staff members but they cant help us they said But they will have Gabby call us back?! And as of today Gabby Garcia still hasn't had the respect or decency to return our calls or our text msgs!

Steve is the best man I've ever encountered, he made it easy and quick with no hassle. Steve also helped me find something I could drive since I'm going through a divorce. I highly recommend steve as the go to man if you need a car.
