Took me in Same day, Had problem discovered in a couple hours and Fixed the Next Morning A+++++ The Skillman Chevy Dealership did NOT even have Time for me, and wanted to Schedule me an Appointment about 2 weeks out!!!

While I will still recommend this dealership, I am disappointed that our used vehicle came with only 1 key fob and upon realizing this and contacting the dealership, my only resolution is to buy an additional one. I was also informed that I "Missed my opportunity to BUY a plan that would replace my single fob should it be lost or damaged. I should have asked about it before driving off the lot but for future used vehicle purchasers, be sure you cover this and understand it before leaving the lot . I would suggest this be a topic covered during the sale/purchase to avoid this disappointment for future clients.

The service was amazing. I really appreciated the chill environment they created for me. Frank, Jackson, and Chad were awesome. They made me comfortable and really worked with me to find a car that I truly wanted and loved! I would definitely recommend to anyone car shopping!

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. David worked the miracle and seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed. Starting from phone calls to the complimentary transportation, through finance and on out the door into my new car, all was excellent.

As I got to Ray Skillman, I had two gentlemen who were assisting me. Jay and get Jordan to help me. Jordan stayed with me the whole time. He asks me what kind of vehicle I'm looking for and what color. I let him know I wasn't sure about the vehicle, but my color is blue. Jordan had three different vehicles for me to drive. I drove each one of them and came down to the Blue Terran 2024. I commend Jordan for being a Great Assistant and Great Customer Service.
