Erinn and her coworkers were very easy to work with. That is saying a lot since we live in western Kentucky and the dealership is 4 hours away. Everything we did was by phone, email, and text.

Matt and Levi made super easy to do business with them. They made my 4hr drive up to Indianapolis worth it. I definitely recommend giving them a shot if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle.

The environment is welcoming and clean as you walk in the employees are attentive to any individual that comes in regardless to their needs for making a visit to their business, I can that because as a shopper I pay attention to my surroundings and the people around me. Most important to me the environment is welcoming and the employees are very friendly. Ray SKILLMAN is a great place to buy a vehicle, I would recommend anyone to try this company out you won’t be sorry!

Matt was great with me he really listened to what I had to say and was honest with his words. I appreciated the fact that he showed he cared about what I wanted and I truly feel that it was my decision and he definitely helped make it happen. The highlight of going into Ray Skillman NE is working with Jay. The couple of interactions I’ve had with him didn’t make me feel like I was just a number to him, he made me feel like family. He always takes his time to make sure that we are happy before we leave the lot. He really takes care of his customers and makes them feel valued and heard, well that’s atleast what he did for me. He is always pleasant to work with and pays attention to the smallest details. Hire more people like Jay and you’ll be getting customers by the flocks, I can guarantee that. I appreciate everything he did for us and will continue to be loyal customers with Jay as our guide.

Errin was great to work with. She was very kind, personable, easy to work with. She made sure we were happy, she was honest and provided great feedback. Her & Levi made the entire process pretty straightforward and painless!

My salesman, Carlos Pena, was actually the best sales experience of purchasing a vehicle I've had since 2019 at that store. That experience alone was okay at best, but afterwards on my next vehicle, in 2022, that experience was so bad, including the service department, I took a vow to never walk in there again. If I wanted another GMC, I'd privately look on the lot because I live directly across the street and have another dealer get the sale, but ( And a big one ), a gentleman came up and introduced himself as Carlos, went through the motions but proudly admitting that he had just started and listened to exactly what I wanted and was intent on it, and secretly I was trying to get a feel of the amount of pressure and attitude, but ultimately, he got me, and after learning on top of my fear of walking back into that store, I found out no one who was responsible for the predatory sale of my last vehicle was no longer there. As you can guess, I walked in and Carlos found the vehicle I wanted! What's more, the finance manager was superb as well! No pressure, all my decision. Should I mention that Carlos became a friend that day and I took him to lunch the next. The entire vibe of that store changed dramatically in four years and it was great. Thank you, Carlos, for restoring my trust.
