Ford won’t pay!!!!!!!

The service department sucks. The excuse I got was Ford volt pay so we’re not diagnosing the problem under warranty. They refuse to do a recall, without a problem because Ford wouldn’t pay for that so they say. Service department is horrible. Wouldn’t even diagnosed the problem for me after driving an hour one way. Call the odor and they said they didn’t get any complaints but once reading these reviews looks like their service department gets all the complaints. They have lost a customer wouldn’t go back if they were giving them away once again, the worst service on the planet because they didn’t give any service. Austin is sucks. Brett is even worse with the same excuse Ford won’t pay for warranty work.

Thornhill Ford will not honor warranty

My son bought a f150, shifting in reverse sounds like a horse kicking under the truck. They say they can’t find nothing wrong. This is after an employee from service dept. even looked at the Mike guy and said,”That’s not right”. Embarrassing to be in public and everyone look at his truck and say “What in the world was that?” The truck is still under warranty.

Great Experience

The salesperson and financial guy we dealt with were great. We ended up buying a 2018 Ram from them. They were not a bit pushy like other car lots can be. We are very satisfied with the outcome and with how we were treated after we drove an hour and a half just to look at the truck we bought

Bad Experience!

I was looking to buy a used truck and they happen to have one that I liked so after a quick test drive the truck had a bad shimmy at 65-75mph , so I requested a new set of tires that I was willing to purchase with the truck and requested a Highway tread tire...(Michelin , BF Goodrich ,ECT. something that rides great!) , tires were ordered.....(Next Day) I arrived ready to take delivery only to find that the tires were rough tread all terrains ( No Communication from finance manager to service department ) this did not correct the shimmy , salesman said he would have the inside of the truck detailed and ready ( Truck was never touched inside) now the service guy and finance manager are involved and it has a bent rim to which I ask when will he be here to pick it up....TONIGHT! he's on his way to get it , put me in a new f150 that's nice but not what I was looking to buy and nowhere near the trim truck i was looking at ( The other 6.2 sitting on there lot would have been a much better choice ) The following day I call and request to have my truck ( the truck I drove on the lot) so I run over at lunch and sure enough the truck they were going to pick up was still there hiding in service , One elderly gentleman was running around trying to get me takin care of all the while (2) sitting in office scrolling phones , Finance manager standing in other office sipping coffee while other scrolls phone , (3) salesman sitting at a table scrolling phones , (1) smiling face , The Lady at the front desk....my truck was not ready and a dealer tag was left on it so I had to return the following day to correct that......They truly showed no interest in what was important to the customer and only wanted to make that sale.....Buyer Beware...The worst car buying experience I have ever had. ( Did not purchase).

Awesome place and people!

I normally avoid reviews because I never have anything nice to say about most service but These guys are great. From sales, Shana and Mack, to the sales manager to finance manager. It was great finding a dealership that’s a good experience all around. Thanks Thornhill! We’ll be back!! Love the expedition!!

Saved our vacation

We were in W. Virginia from Michigan for the holidays and had a problem with our vehicle. This was the closest dealership to where we were staying. From start to finish it was an excellent experience given the circumstances. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The service department took our vehicle in and diagnosed the issue quickly. The repairs were completed in less than the expected time and there has been no recurrence of the problem. Extremely appreciative of the help and service.

Terrible place

Stay away. I would say they provide awful service but they would not even provide me with any service, I was told I will need to deal with this on my own even though it was obviously a repair issue.

Thornhill ford is a joke their finance guy mike bissel is a liar he will not talk to or call a customer back they need to get rid of him your phrase is customer satisfaction yeah right they just like to lie to people we have bought 5cars in last 5years from these people and they will not even call us back that is how they treat people

terrible customer service.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you buy a vehicle from them and you have problems after the vehicle was delivered you can forget this dealership doing anything to make it right. If you call the dealership you cannot get transferred to anybody. The only person that will answer is the receptionist. No one will call you back or answer any of your text messages. Buyer beware. This dealership does not stand up her back up any promises they make to you.

Can not get them to give me my remotes for my car!
