We wanted a E350 4matic configured exactly as we...

We wanted a E350 4matic configured exactly as we specified at the USAA price. This configuration was not available anywhere in the US. Our sales person, Ronnie Naman, arranged to have a car that was scheduled to be built, modified to meet our requirements. Ronnie put a priority on it and we received the car in time for Christmas! We were given the USAA price as promised. During delivery, Ronnie and then Freddie spent a lot of time with us going over the cars features and setting up the GPS and Bluetooth. The facilities are very nice and I signed up for the pre-paid service.

One year ago I bought MB C300 4Matics sport package at MB of Chantily, VA Bob Slattery was my Sale representative. He was so professional, knowledgeable, polite explaining to me all possible options and features car had without any hassle. He was able to answer all my questions and it was a pleasure to do business with him. One year passed already and I have no problems with my car. Thanks a lot Bob. I'll definitely recommend to my friends MB of Chantilly, VA Dealership and Bob Slattery as a highly professional Sale representative.

We have leased 2 vehicles in the last 8 months from this dealership. We were in the market for a midsize luxury sedan and shopping Jagaur, Chrysler 300 M, and the 2012 Camaro. The professionalism, quality, willingness to work for the client and what Mercedes Benz stands for were the deciding factors for us to add the 350 E-class to our family. For those of you who think you can't afford this, we challenge you to think again! We are grateful and humbled to transport our children and family members in one of the safest and most esthetically pleasing and technologically advanced automobiles made today! When doing business with Jennifer Chow and the representatives at MB Chantilly, you will receive the service you and your family deserves in the utmost fashion. I have purchased several cars in the past 10 years, and my Mercedes is the best of them all. I had the best experience at MB of Chantilly! Mr. Hamad is a GREAT salesman. He made sure I got the perfect car! He was very patient and encouraging. I traded in a 2008 Acura for a 2012 C250. I have owned Acura,Infinity,Nissan,and GM... Mercedes-Benz is the BEST! Mr. Addy was also very patient and courteous. He worked very hard to make sure I could afford my Mercedes. He took the time to show me different purchase options until I was satisfied. I look forward to purchasing my next MB from Mr Hamad and MB of Chantilly. I have already recommended MB and Mr. Hamad to several friends and colleagues! Thanks again Mr Hamad and Mr. Addy for making my experience at MB of Chantilly a Great one!

I went to Mercedes Benz of Chantilly to buy a GLK350. It was 8:00 on a Friday night, and I did not expect to get very far. I met Freddie Hammad as I walked in the door. He assured me that he would take the time necessary to answer my questions, and get my trade fairly evaluated. He was very low key, and without any pressure he showed me three available GLK's, took me for a test drive, had my care evaluated for trade, and in about 2hrs I left with a 2011 GLK350. He and his manager both cheerfully stayed there until past time for the dealership to close. They kept the poor detail guys there to detail the car for me,and did it all quietly behind the scenes without ever making me feel uncomfortable. I was a wonderful experience, and just what you expect from a dealership of the caliber of Mercedes Benz of Chantilly, and from a salesman of Freddies caliber. If you are lucky enough to get Freddie when you go in, you will be treated with fairness,class, and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend that you call and make an appointment with him! Denis

Outstanding experience with our new SLK350 purchase. If in the market for a new Mercedes I would definitely recommend seeing Bob Slattery at Chantilly Mercedes. Low pressure, friendly customer service, and Bob made sure we were familiar with all details of the car before making the purchase.

My partner, Ken, and I recently decided to purchase a new...

My partner, Ken, and I recently decided to purchase a new Mercedes. Since Ken had suffered a stroke recently, he wasn't able to comfortably visit the dealership. Additionally, he is somewhat embarrassed by his physical limitations, and did not want to review the car, or practice getting in and out of the car where others could see him. Jennifer Chung was the sales agent working with us, and was compassionate to these limitations, and incredibly flexible with us. She told me to take the car overnight, and let Ken practice getting in and out of the car in the privacy of our home. In addition, she brought up additional thoughts and ideas related to transporting someone with physical limitations that I had not thought of. This additional thoughtfulness, combined with her extensive knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line, made this vehicle purchase such a pleasant experience. Jennifer Chung responded very quickly to several phone calls and text messages that I sent her, even outside of business hours, including researching vehicle availability and feature questions. I am always very excited when I get a new car, and am quick to tell friends and family about my new purchase. Not only is this VERY true for this experience, but I find myself telling others not only about my new car, but about the wonderful experience I had with Jennifer. "Look at my new car! And the service I got was outstanding" I find myself saying. No question; we will be back to Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly for our next car. Thank you so much for your service, Jennifer. Honestly -- Thank you!

Robert Slattery was our sales consultant for a recent...

Robert Slattery was our sales consultant for a recent purchase of a GL450. He was always very professional and courteous. Bob was thorough in his follow-up and attentiveness. He keep us updated frequently on the arrival of our vehicle. Which was greatly appreciated. He sent follow-up emails and made phone calls to us to ensure we were happy with our purchase and to answer any questions. Also, had the same positive experience in the accessory sales department. We would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly because of our initially experience with Bob Slattery.

Unfortunately, this is just another car sales person. We...

Unfortunately, this is just another car sales person. We could not agree to the price over the phone, so she said that they would do better if I came to look at the car in person. I took her at her word. (I made the drive of 150+ miles by the way.) I should not have believed a word of it. When I arrived in person, she reduced the price of the car a few hundred dollars, and explained to me that they would be losing money on the car. I really should have known better. My bad. Caveat Emptor.

This was the first car I purchased over the internet....

This was the first car I purchased over the internet. Sodik was very helpful in making the deal over the phone before I drive 100 miles to the dealership. He was able to include a CPO warranty that gave me confidence to buy a car from an out of town dealer. He then helped me get a good trade-in price for my older Mercedes. Although I could have gotten more by selling it myself, we negotiated a reasonable price and made it very easy to complete the transaction. Sadik did not 'pressure' me during the transaction and I felt he was working with me to make a good deal that management would accept.
