The service is unacceptable: I purchase your 2016 GMC Serria on January 13 and same day the engine came on. I took it back next day with complaint that they gave me lemon. I was told they would take care of it and get back to me. Today is Janusry 20 and I have not received any communications. In fact I have been calling since January 14 with no answer, every call went to voice mail and still no answer. I also text to a survey number which they were suppose to be looking into this problem and no word yet. I had to go to the dealership to get a response of there was a oil problem and parts being order. My wife also try calling corporate with a response of wrong parts but nothing from service. So this is another attempt to see if anyone will contact me. I was fine with being over priced and receiving the vehicle with no gas ($15 ticket), but engIne light is to much and after that no correspondence with me. I drove an hour to get to Temple Hills in heavy traffic for a scheduled test drive only to learn that the vehicle was at the Laurel location. Would've been nice to know b/c Laurel is much closer to my house. Then I was told that there were major mods made to this vehicle, none of which were mentioned in the online description. AMKO was not willing to pay for the state inspection due to the mods. Also the car had an aftermarket paint job. None of it was mentioned online. Huge red flags! Don't bother going here....they will bait and switch. I wasted a day off work for this.

Still waiting for tags and they have yet to receive them.When I call them, they are rude indignant and argumentative stating the tag lady’s 80 years old and slow. Customers pick? maybe for where not to go!!!’ugh I bought in april 2024 - it’s late June - NO TAGS and stopped two times ! Shisters

Three weeks ago I bought a Yukon Denali within the first week of purchase. The check engine light came on. I took it back to Amko auto And they said they would fix it. They had the vehicle for two weeks without calling me or giving me updates. I called them back asking on the updates They said the vehicle was ready when I picked up the vehicle. The gas tank was empty and within a mile driving out of the dealership the check engine light came back on and when it Diagnosed the same issue came up within the next 2 miles my service suspension system alarm came on I’m putting it back in the shop again I would not recommend this place Don’t buy vehicle until you take it to a mechanic or you will be a tight situation due to issues on vehicle Temple Hills Md location

Do not buy here I repeat, do not buy here. Bought a f150 and the check engine light came on as I drove off. They wouldn’t give me a refund, their services are aweful! RUN, don’t walk! Stay away

I have been talking to whoever that person is that you all can see in the pictures for about a couple days and I was interested in purchasing a mercury marauder cash so I finally went up there to buy the car mind you that person I’ve been talking to is a representative of Amko auto that person never said hey you can’t purchase the car nothing like that so I go ahead and get up there and I get out of the car. I get greeted by somebody at the door first and was like hey what’s your nails Tim Mitchell and they said OK oh you’re here for the mercury marauder I said yes I’m here to buy it right now then the person walks inside and says hi let me get the paperwork for you, so I follow him to the desk and then as he talks to the guy he turns around and he whisper something like this to him cause I could hear him. He said I’m not selling him that car cause he’s black and I said OK I didn’t say nothing then the guy turned around looks at me and says OK this car has been listed for this car has been listed for and the listing for the original has been pulled as a five minutes ago so the original listing is now for anybody who can buy this car wholesale and I was like hold on I was just told to come up here and come check the car out so I can buy it and now you’re telling me that I can not so I left I didn’t complain. I didn’t even argue with the people but I told him I’m leaving my nicer view of what I saw on what I heard, and anybody who wants to buy from them understand that place is trash and they want black folks to buy certain cars because they want y’all to drive the chargers and fit the stereotype of what black folks drive but OK i’ll take my business elsewhere. I just bought the AMG 63S it is what it is but I’m just letting y’all know if you buy from them understand you might get refused a certain card because you’re black.

All there cars and trucks are over priced with high miles don’t waste your time. You will thank me later . They have one price online but when you get there the price change
