Went to Temple Hills today to buy a Jeep after driving three hours after talking to William got their Jeep was in pieces. Needless to say I was pissed could have called me. They pulled the motor out very suspect I would not recommend this place to anybody. try to hide a major problem with the motor before I got there.

Doesn’t update website when cars for good deals are sold. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I wonder if these cars were legitimately even in stock! The salesman acted like they never even had it in stock!Then immediately directs you another vehicle in which I am not interested in. Poor communication, does NOT follow up. Salesman who I spoke with was yelling when I said the incorrect name of car… instead of asking for clarification. The manger ended up taking the phone and trying to sell me a vehicle I did not call about. This store and website is a SCAM.

i bought a car from this dealer when they had a location in waldorf Maryland and the seller name was Daniel manager at that location a jeep bought a jeep wrangler and also a mercedez gls 450 the jeep they told me to wait for 2 never gave the car they say i have to wait after that i went to pick it up and they told the suv was coming the jeep after 30 days start having mechanic issues….. i contacted them they told me they moving location to laurel md to being the car and also i was going to be anle to see the suv i contacted and we schedule a visit i brought the jeep they told to go to temple hill location i when there they tood i have to make an appointment i was like ok they told me they will call me never did i fix with my mechanic and the manager told bring the receipts we will pay what you spend o was like 👍 and meantime the SUV was readyyyy i was very happy 😃 My dream car it was a Gift for my wife what i thoughttttt it was going to be dreamm comw trueeee. totalllllyyy turn into nightmare first they told all small issues it had they will assign a mechanic to help me with the seats electric and other things needed to be fix and also get the check for jeep after 1 month suv car brakes we where driving with my family and they fall off i contacted them they tood to fix and they move location and they didnt had a mechanic yet but to fix and they will cause they put my family in risk and other driver and to forgive them….after 4 month without communicating and me calling never got an answer i when to the location in laurel they told me the manager quit the jobs an no longer work there and i have to the other location i when there no help at all i spend $ 1,500 then the car over heated dont know why everything was good but a pipe was old and i pay towing xpenses and other mechanical issues around $4,300 and last payment and then after that the car was making a very loud since day 1 we bought and we told them i pay around 2k for sensor and other mechanic parts in less than 1 yr i spend close to 9k and the electrical wasnt working i told them to fix and they told i have to oay for all the parts and they only labor i ask mercedes dealer they asking me to fix for 5k and fix the issue of the motor and i disnt have the money i spend 12k with all the downpayment and also the mechanic issues we had to fix i try to trade in for another vehicle they told the value was 11k of vehicle plusssssss the money owe was going to be put in into the new vehicle i contact the bank and they offer me to help me and talk to the dealer i contacted them personally and the manager was very rude and he told me if i wanted i could take them legally and i told the bank and they ask me that if i wanted to keep the car if not i can voluntary turn it to them we decide to turn in the vehicle because we can continue with this vehicle like that please if someone can advise me on this what cannnn i doooooooo 🥺🥺🥺🥺😢😢 i ended almost bankrupt with this vehicle what they told me is probably they bought state inspection for selling the vehicle they put my life and my kids life in risk i dont know what to dooooooo right nowww my credit was damaged 🥺😡😡 think when you go to buy a car here pleaseeeeeeeeee🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Bought a car in September and it's now almost December and still haven't gotten the piece to the back of my trunk!! EVER Time i call i get left on hold no one ever calls me back but when i owed 300 they was trying to get that payment every xxxx day!! I dont recommend they will xxxxxxxx u around forever!!!
