Versatile Collection

I’ve been saving up for a sports car as a reward for high school graduation. I’ve searched through Facebook and many other websites but when I saw their Camaro rs compared to other sites it seemed like a steal, the salesmen were nice and detailed It was quick and easy Thank you guys for for this gift!

Good selection of cars. Be sure to check over the car and be thorough before you buy. There was no pressure. Was handed keys for my test drive and was told "Be back before closing", was super chill. Doc helped me out. Had a fun time buying my car!

Im just a hard working person, and I saved for a reliable car. They sold me a car that I was told is unsafe, and cannot be driven. Now I am using alternate transportation and down all the money I saved for a car. They outright lied to me about the car they sold me. I lost $20,000 + until I can afford to fix it.

You cannot legally sell a car that is missing a catalytic converter, this company did. I got the car delivered to learn that it did not have the engine they claimed it did, the fuel line didn't fit, and gas poured out onto the roadway, and there is a hole in the block. Upon doing research of the service record, we discovered that this company knew all of this. There is NO emissions, and knowing that, they will not take the car back, and now we need to pursuit other avenues. They have made it impossible to resolve the issue.

This company advertised the car we bought as having $28,400 miles with the 2.3 liter motor. They lied. The motor was switched out for a 2.0 Ford Fusion motor, and there is no emissions...the catalytic converter is gone. There is a hole in the block and fuel pours out of the engine onto the roadway when there is fuel in it. When I called to talk to them, they said they didn't know any of this. We did research on the service history of the car, Versatile Collections, did in fact know that the car did not have the original motor. Yet they advertised on this platform that it did have the original motor with original miles. I told them they sold me a car without emissions, they are playing dumb. I have asked them to refund my money and take the car back or have it repaired.

Doc was amazing!!! We purchased a vehicle out of state and he made the entire process so easy. From my first inquiry to having the vehicle shipped to my door…it couldn’t have gone any smoother. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We will be contacting him again to help with our next vehicle purchase.

I initially enjoyed my experience and thought I was getting a great deal, but 2 months after buying the car I am having to pay $2000+ in repairs, including a completely dead batter, wheel bearings, air filters, and basically a complete workover on my car. I don't believe it's a coincidence that all of these issues began after the 30 day period to go back to the dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
