Versatile Collection

This was my very first time buying a car and I had no experience with it so of course I brought my family with me after all I heard about dealerships trying to cheat you out of your money, but this dealership was definitely not like that. Doc helped me get a very great deal on my fore focus and he didn’t back down in order to help it fit my budget. If you are looking for a new or used car Doc is the man you want to help you

What can I say. Simply amazing place. It’s not about the prettiest building. It’s not about playing dress up to impress. It’s not about free coffee and snacks it’s about taking care of their customers. My man DOC. Also, ask him why they call him DOC. DOC Was just incredible. A real person with a positive message and a pleasure of getting to know while we worked out all the details. He sent a text to me while he was off and actually came in on his day off to help my son out. We had been to all the big box foo foo dealerships in Gainesville and Buford to Atlanta. Everyone said they could get the job done with the terms we were looking for. We walked out of all of them. The game of let me get my manager to see if we can make this work had wore then on myself and my son. Finally with a simple text from DOC we was able to get my son into his 1st car with a payment well with in his reach. DOC is the kind of guy you could hang out with and talk about anything and everything with. Again this place needs a 6 star review. God Bless DOC. Thank you for your wisdom and kind heart

My son’s car was totaled and we had to buy a car over Thanksgiving break. Was really fortunate to have found these guys. We went one night to see a car we found online. We dealt with Doc but got to see the interaction of one other sales guy too. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever and they were more than willing to give us time to take the cars wherever we wanted to get them checked out. Have had the car about 7 weeks now, including three 700+ mile trips. I can say, i will be dealing with them for a my new used cars in the future.

I came here looking at a 2014 Ford Focus and ended up walking away with a 2016 Ford Focus and saved money on the deal! Absolutely fantastic people to work with, I worked with Doc and he helped me through the entire process as this was my first time buying a car and would definently recommend him to anyone that comes here!

I was asking about a car and made an offer for cash. Called the sales guy and ge said that he would take my offer to the manager and get back to me within an hour or so, didn’t here from him for a whole day, I called again the next day and asked about that situation and got the SAME ANSWER, and it went on for another 3 days. I have never been so humiliated in my life, HAVING TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP FIRST EVERY TIME AND GETTING GHOSTED EVERY SINGLE TIME EVEN THOUGH I WAS HOLDING CASH AND WAS VERY SERIOUS TO MAKE A PURCHASE. And when I told him that I wanted to come see the car and maybe we could make a deal right at the dealership, he said the car was not there and was being serviced (OIL CHANGE) at another dealership and that it would be available the next morning. I called again the next morning and still no car, decided to give it another day, still got the same answer, only this time it’s at a different dealership. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, I THINK THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE CAR IN THERE POSSESSION BECAUSE NOBODY TAKES THREE DAYS TO CHANGE THE OIL IN A CAR!!!! Sounds like a xxxx boy version of a dealership, just answer the phone when other people called and ghosting them, never replying afterwards.And after my patience ran out, I decided to take my business to ECHO PARK, submitted my infos and got a call and text from a representative in less than 4 minutes, confirmed the availability of the car and headed to ECHO PARK and made the purchase in less than an hour. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JUNGLE OF RED FLAGS!!! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, I took mine to ECHO PARK and and was very happy with the process, it was night and day comparing to this xxxx-hole of a retailer.

This is the place and the people that go over and above to help you. Mr,Suleman he is very helpful to find and get your car and very good person. I bought Ford Escape and it's very good car.

Doc and the team were EXCELLENT! There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they have a great collection of cars to choose from. I highly recommend this dealer and I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased.

I negotiated a price, made an offer, the sales guy “Doc” made a counteroffer, after hesitation I accepted and was ready to buy the car. Then “Doc” played a trick by allegedly calling some other manager and cancelling our deal by raising the price on the car. I left of course. I recommend to stay away from this dealership with such poor customer service.
