Rudest. In my opinion, thieves. They Will not show me my bill explaining the order of parts prices? Why? Because they ACCUSED ME of fraud. My car was stolen.and recovered by LCPD. And John Java the owner of Kia is accusing me off fabricating this tragic event. I’ll never understand people like John. He will take ALL your MONEY and say you never paid him. He’s a hustler. Beware!!! All in fun John, right?!

Apprehensive at first, but the sales person , Brandon
Apprehensive at first, but the sales person , Brandon Szczepaniak, was very helpful and professional,assisting us in selecting a car. He actually spent time with us and match the vehicle to our personality. Very humble and knowledgeable about most of the vehicles and kept us within our budget. I would 100% refer friends and relatives to KIA!! PS: Ask for Brandon Szczepaniak!

Run!
Would not recommend. Vehicle listed at one price, you get there and they start adding things. They cause chaos, get you flustered and distracted and then get the spouse who reads nothing to sign or initial papers. Then they cause even more chaos, so you won’t realize what they are doing. But they are honest😂. I have the email to prove it. I have had many not so good experiences with dealerships, but this was the worst.

Awesome service.
I have had two KIA Sorentos and have not had any problems with either one of them except recalls which the dealership took care of quickly. The staff is awesome and John the owner is a great guy. I enjoy visiting and getting my vehicle services at KIA of Lake Charles.

Best dealership in area
I have purchased several vehicles from Kia of Lake Charles and it’s always a pleasurable experience. No high pressure salesmen and the prices were great. Service dept. is excellent also!!!

Can’t get the right part
I own a 2019 Kia Sedona. I also live over an hour drive from any Kia dealer. Bought 3 oil filters from Kia of Lake Charles so I would be able to get a local oil change. Asked them 4 times if they were sure they gave me the right part. Imagine my surprise when the local oil change place told me I gave them the wrong filter. This is beyond aggravating.

Worst dealership
I called about a few cars they had online listed at the Mitsubishi lot. I drive 45 minutes one way to be told they are listed but service has them and they are short handed so who know when they will be ready. I left, meantime I speak to the Kia lot salesman’s and also asked about them he stated that he owners daughter was in charge of service and does things her own way and they have no idea nor do they question what she does, sooo left hand has no idea what right hand is doing. This is a bad way to run a business you list vehicles online with a price you call and drive but not ready then you state owners child is in charge and they will be ready lord knows when may be a month. So sick of everyone blaming corona for their lack of business ethnic and lack of control in their business. I was looking to Pay cash for a used car now I can only imagine what service would be after the sale, knowing the owners daughter is in charge and no one dares ask questions. I just want to warn others not to waste your time. I won’t buy a used car here and sure the xxxx won’t buy a new one knowing the lack of communication and lack of professionalism displayed at this place. Pathetic is the only word I can use. Another TIP. STOP LISTING. CARS THAT YOU DONT HAVE READY FOR SALE!!!

Amazing staff
Problem with my vehicle while on a road trip. Hot it to the dealership. The service staff stayed after they were scheduled to close to make sure that they had my vehicle repaired so I could get back on the roa. Special thanks to Will
