Great buying experience in Loveland

We are still in some form of lockdown due to the pandemic. Buying a car was not something we had planned on but a job change for my wife had us looking for an off-lease Chevy Bolt. AJ was responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our deal worked out as well as it could for both sides. We had a mechanical issue with the vehicle the day we purchased it (no fault of AJ or Auto Integrity). AJ put our deal on hold until we sorted out what the issue was and offered to take the car back in the event that the required repair left us questioning the purchase. Our deal had been signed. He had no obligation to make things right, but he did. We were able to sort everything out and I never once got the impression that we had been "bait and switched". This was a substantial purchase for our household and I was really nervous when things didn't go according to plan. AJ returned my call after 9PM when I told him what had happened. I would absolutely recommend AJ and Auto Integrity to friends, family, and strangers reading this review. The next time we are searching for a used vehicle, I'll look here first. They've earned my business and that's very uncommon when it comes to a used car dealership. Thank you Auto Integrity. You lived up to your name in my experience.

Worst experience I could have ever imagined.

We bought a subaru forester in October. It is now February. My car never drove right from the day I bought it. It even broke down on me the first week I had it and left me stranded. Anthony from the dealership assured me that they would take care of what was broken, But instead has sent me on a 5-month roller coaster ride. In that time I've had a total of 5 loaner cars from their dealership, and every single one of them has had something wrong with it. one was even leaking oil so bad but it got all over my driveway and when I said something to Anthony at the dealership he literally reached down and wiped oil off the front bumper from where it had been dripping. Fast forward a few months, Keith offered me to drive the same car not even knowing that it had a major oil leak. Remind you all this time my Subaru has had a major motor problem literally eating oil. They have now said that they replaced the valve cover gasket but I have yet to see any proof of that, nothing on Carfax, no receipts. I was told in November that The Rack and pinion was starting to wear out, and needed replaced. Anthony said that because of covid-19 the part was on backorder. now that noise has gotten worse then it was when I got it in October so I demanded something be done. they took my car to Hawkers in Loveland, and found out it was the front differential that needed replaced. despite what the mechanic suggested Anthony proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the front differential had been replaced and has a warranty. This also shows on Carfax that it's been replaced, but I've uploaded the receipt/invoice from Hawkers showing that the only thing that had been replaced, was In fact some fluid. so I got a text from Keith saying that he needed the loaner car I had back that day and when I called to find out did he have another car lined up for me and the status on my car he just laughed and said there was nothing they could do about my car that I needed to come get it. Also, in the mix of all of this I get a letter from the aftermarket warranty company, stating that my warranty policy was going to be cancelled because of non-payment from the dealership. I've literally heard nothing but excuses of crappy phones, and Anthony saying that he never received my messages for 5 months. they will literally give you the runaround until you're so mad that you don't even want to deal with them anymore. I would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership in my life! Very Unprofessional and can’t seem to keep their story straight.

Place is a Joke - Zero Stars

Awful service. Integrity is an ironic name for their business. I was scheduled to test drive a car at noon. Called in the morning to confirm my appointment, all was good. Got a sitter and dropped off my kids and headed over for my test drive. Was pulling into Integrity Auto's parking lot when AJ called my cell to tell me they had let someone else take the car out for a test drive. He tried to blame it on his staff, saying they thought it was me, but NO ONE was there but him when I arrived. Obviously a lie. I waited around. After hours, never heard. Finally, 3 hours later I had to call back to check on the situation and if they were going to let me test drive the car, but it had already been sold. Wasted my entire day and I didn't even lay eyes on the car. Even if they have my dream car, I will NEVER purchase from them. Unreal.

Don’t use this DEALERSHIP

I bought a car WITH WARRANTY! paid $1,673.00 , hail totaled the car and now Aj the guy incharged at this location is saying they will only cover %15 back. $200....! Because i used us mostly all my COVERAGE MILES. I USED 52,000 AND HAD warranty for undrer 60,000 miles. Bought is less than 2 years ago . Stay AWAY THEY SCAM HERE TOO! Stay AWAY.! I dont even think they deserve ONE STARR. MORE LIKE NONE! Update as of 10/19/18 STiLL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.... Update 11-26-18 STILL NO SIGN ON NOTHING! Very very disappointing! THIS DEALERSHIP DESERVES NO STARS!

Bait a Switch Scam artists

Here is the Scam: They "Bait" you with a low price on one vehicle then tell you they made a mistake on pricing then "Switch" and try to up-sell you on another vehicle. The only "integrity" you will see here is in the companies name. It's actually more reflective of a Gypsy encampment. Stay away and by all means never allow them to get your information.

this car dealership is by far the best dealership

I never thought i would get approved for any vehical AJ worked non stop and worked with me and was hones and upfront about what he could do and did not stop till he got me in not only a great car but a car ive always wanted thanks Aj and integrity auto for all your effort

Nice people, good follow-up.

I had several emails with AJ about a honda insight. Drove 70 miles to see the car, and unfortunately it wasn't as nice as it had looked in the pictures. However, AJ was a nice enough guy and I would do business with him again. So many car dealers are filled with terrible people who play mind games. AJ is all business, didn't seem shady, and ultimately, we just couldn't find common ground on the price. that's as good an experience as you can have in a terrible business.

Well worth the 700 + miles flight.

I been looking around for a Dodge Magnum for a while and I finally had my eyes on 3 in the U.S. I was willing to fly out to see them and maybe buy them if the price was right. Phill and Keith were great with me. The car I purchased was beautiful and sound. I'm a mechanic so I gave the car a good look over. Nothing that I can't fix. I drove the car from Colorado to Tulsa Oklahoma with no major problems. The people was nice, the experience was great, and I recommend them to anyone. Thank you Phill for selling me my new ride. Keep up the good work guys. Now to drive my new 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with my family.

Painless loan process

I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Leaf from Auto Integrity. A little background: I have been stopping by their lot for over a year asking about this car and that car and trying to find the best price while not committing to any one make or model or year or anything. I'm sure I have shown genuine interest in over a dozen cars and all the while Ron and Bob have stayed genuinely kind and patient with me. Finally with the Leaf I found true love but I needed financing. Keith made financing a breeze! Keith got a loan for me on my terms and in a short time. Thanks.

Repeat buyer, found me the perfect car both times.

I have purchased two "new to me "cars from Auto Integrity, ten years apart. Both times, Keith(the owner) found me just the right car. He was very helpful with financing, and even let me try each car I looked at, to make sure my English Mastiff would fit :-)
