I wanted to buy a Chrysler 300 and was ready to drive up and see it, then he told me it had transmission troubles and had to get fixed. I was willing to buy even with a bad transmission and he never responded back for three days and that was only to tell me it was already pending sale to another buyer. Seems kinda shady since I have contacted him before it even had pictures online.

I was interested in a 2015 Jeep wrangler Copper/brown color that they had for sale. The salesperson told me that it wasn’t ready for sale yet because they had to fix something. But they would give me a call when it was ready for sale. This was on Tuesday 14th of November. I let them know that I was pre-approved for a loan. I contacted them on Thursday (16th of November) since I hadn’t heard back from them. I was told that someone came in and purchased the Jeep. I was never called to let me know or given a chance to purchase the Jeep.

OUT OF STATE BUYER I wasn't searching to buy a car. My fiance and I were having a general conversation about what car I wanted. Next, he sends me the ad of my dream car that really was something I thought would stay a dream. I fell in love. Being out of state I didn't realize how easy this process would go. I checked BBC Motorsports out and did my research. Google map street view, BBB (A+ no complaints), Facebook..Yelp etc.. I searched under every rock trying to locate anything negative. The reviews were so perfect. I initially didn't read them bc I did not want them to influence my due diligence. I came up with nothing! Buyers I wasted my time bc this dealership is 1000% legit. PROs Jasen is the best! Giorge is amazing! They are both PATIENT (I know I tested them and I wasnt the easiest customer) Beat my credit union rate where I've been a customer for 25+yrs by working with their lender Chase Answered every phone call, email and text(yes I communicated through all 3) Reviews are real(they were so perfect so I initially ignored them) Assisted me with a suggestion to use an independent mechanic to inspect the car being that I'm located in FL and I was unable to test drive the car before buying (Auto Critic was a plus) Sent me the carfax. Sent video and pictures. Shipped and delivered my car to Fl. Oh yea the CAR! The buying experience was so perfect and professional that I almost forgot to mention the Great Porsche I purchased. Low miles, clean, and a beauty well maintained and practically new for a great price. (No negotiating needed, the car was priced fair) The universe lined up this situation for me. It started as a dream, to a discussion and Jasen and George turned it into a reality. If you have doubts rest assured and TRUST! I ASSURE you they are the real deal. Seems too perfect to be true but IT IS!! CONs My credit union totally wasted my time. My paranoia all for no reason. Buy with BBC Motorsports! This is how buying a car should be. I worked with Jason on the purchase of a Lexus. I live in another state, so had concerns about buying a car from a distance. All emails were answered quickly and follow up phone conversations were great. I went to Dallas to pick up the car and was not disappointed. I did have it inspected by a third party prior to my arrival. The entire process once we arrived was quick and efficient. I don't think I have ever purchased a car this quickly. I would definitely use BBC again and not hesitate to recommend to friends.

BBC Motorsports is a FANTASTIC Dealership to work with and purchase from. My husband and I recently purchased from them, SIGHT UNSEEN!! Everyone there was so nice to help me and answer all of my questions about the vehicle we purchased. When the vehicle came in, it was nothing less than what we expected! It was detailed and had a fresh oil change. We will definitely be back to purchase from them in the future!

Quick and easy buying experience. I was looking for a gently used, late model Lexus and found a great car. I love my new car I got from BBC.

We found the truck we wanted through BBC Motorsports after looking for 6 weeks, with some of our car dealership experiences less than par. We were apprehensive purchasing a truck five hours away-sight unseen. Our adult children test drove the truck and commented on the professionalism and lack of pressure from the car dealership. Encouraged by their positive experience, we sealed the deal with a date set for the following weekend when we could make the drive. The dealership was as our children had stated-we completed the paperwork and were on our way within an hour. The truck is EXACTLY what we had wanted at a fair price with no hidden fees at the end. We will certainly start our next vehicle search at BBC Motorsports in Dallas.
