I had seen a used car I was interested in on their

I had seen a used car I was interested in on their website. When I called to inquire about it, my work schedule did not allow me to go look at it. So the Sales Manager, Joe Joiner had Miss Bonni, a sales consultant drive the car to me at work. Very impressed with the customer service. I also thought I would be there for hour's to do the finance part. It didn't take long at all, and off I went with My new vehicle.

Josh was outstanding.

Josh was outstanding....no pressure. Bought my van and was great in presenting information regarding a suv we had our eye on. When all was said and done we not only got a great deal on buying our van but a unbelievable price on purchasing the suv. Rick was outstanding in getting all the paperwork together. No hassles or pressure. Our third vehicle purchased from Billingsley Dealership in Lawton, Oklahoma. From experience, the best Dealership to purchase vehicles. Contacted the dealership on January 17 with an interest

Contacted the dealership on January 17 with an interest in one of their used cars. Was asked to send pictures of my trade and they would get back to me. Two representatives phoned within a few days and no one acted like they wanted to continue the discussions. Very disappointed with this dealership as I wasted a considerable amount of time trying to work out a deal. Would not recommend them.

🚫 Terrible Experience at Billingsley Ford of Lawton 🚫 I had a new battery installed in my truck by Billingsley Ford of Lawton in May 2023. Today, January 2025, the battery died. I had my truck towed to their service department, expecting the warranty to cover it, but they refused to honor it and told me I’d have to pay $300 for a replacement. This is the third battery I’ve had in my truck since purchasing it in 2021—absolutely unacceptable! The service department was not only unhelpful but downright rude, unprofessional, and nasty in their lack of customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Their behavior screams shady practices and lack of accountability. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Shady 580 in full effect at Billingsley Ford of Lawton.

I called about a vehicle that had already been sold, but

I called about a vehicle that had already been sold, but the salesman kept my information and contacted about two weeks later when they received a similar vehicle. When we went to the dealership the vehicle was as described. The process was simple and efficient.
