In a fast paced world we live in! The one thing we are all lacking is old fashion customer service. This Dealership is NOT lacking in anything. I received... OUTSTANDING customer service from everyone there. I purchased my 2018 Tahoe without getting my blood pressure up one time- You want a seamless purchase- You must reach out to these people. My purchase was a perfect 10!!!

In January 2018 I purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 with only 7 miles on it from Buster Miles in Heflin, AL. Since then I have had nothing but... trouble. It has been in their service department 4 times for a slipping transmission that has yet to be resolved. I contacted GM who informed me that all I could do is continue to take it back to Buster Miles until I was satisfied with the repairs. At that time I asked GM if I could take it to a different GM dealership since I have an open case and GM said yes. I took the truck to another GM dealership and the Technician confirmed the transmission was slipping and scheduled me an appointment for July 23, 2018 to resolve the issue. So here it is half way through July 2018 and I have a new truck with transmission issues with only 5500 miles. I have learned that I am not the only person having transmission issues with new Chevrolet Silverado Z71 trucks. If you're having the same issues please comment.
Justin, First off, I want to apologize for all of the issues you have had with your new truck. Obviously, this is a super unfortunate situation that ...we don't want ANY of our customers to have to deal with. Our service department has done all that is within their power to service your vehicle efficiently, to provide you with complimentary transportation while we were working on your vehicle, and to be kind, professional and courteous during all encounters. The last time you brought your truck in, you rode with the tech and our service manager and said the issue was resolved. About a week later you said the issue was back, we asked you to bring it in again and you told us you were going somewhere else. This is totally your decision, and we don't blame you for getting a second opinion. However, we do not think the 1 star reviews that you have continued to leave us on our Ford site, our Chevy site, on Cars.com, Yelp, etc. are warranted. Again, we are genuinely sorry about your situation and we are still willing to help you resolve these issues. -TEAM BMAD
I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Just what I was looking for! Salesman David Hurst and the finance department worked hard to make my purchase! Everyone... at Dealership was friendly and helpful. Me and my brother in law both purchased trucks there , with great experience's. Both of us would recommend Buster Miles Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.

Drove all the way from Fultondale,AL (1 hour 30 minute drive) from working a 10 hour shift. I called the previous day and told the salesperson that I get... off work at 330 and would be there by 500-530 to review a Honda Ridgeline. My wife, infant son, and I were told someone had beaten us there. Disappointing, but not this places fault. Upon finding out that the person before us was unable to purchase, we were ready to sign and drive. A phone salesman with this "fine" dealership informed us that someone else had called in an offer over the phone to buy this truck. They chose someone over the phone over someone physically there. I will NEVER shop or recommend anyone to this distrustful dealership. Then they had the audacity to say that he called a few hours earlier with his interest after turning it down previously. Last time I ever deal with this kind of disrespect.
Jake, We are so incredibly sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience at our dealership. We completely understand your frustration, we hate for... anyone to waste time and we are truly sorry that this happened to you and your family. To be 100% honest this was a very difficult situation to juggle, with so many interested buyers. The gentleman that actually ended up purchasing the vehicle had been in the store about an hour prior to you, had test driven, gotten pre-approved, and then made the final decision to purchase right as the other customer was on their test drive. Obviously, this was bad timing because you and your family were physically in the store. We felt as if the customer who had been in store first that day, and who had let us know they were coming, got first right of refusal. We are sorry that this decision negatively affected you. To be honest, it would have been easier to sell it you because you were in the store, but we felt like we were doing the right thing by allowing the first customer in store that day to purchase. We would have loved to sell all three customers the Ridgeline that day, but obviously that wasn't an option! -Team BMAD

Bought a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition that was traded in on a new car the price was on point and the Jeep had a new top but without the correct support... so the dealership got the right supports and made it right. Randall McCaffrey Was my salesperson and we talked over the phone he answered all my questions was very direct and open about the vehicle, since it had been a couple of weeks since he drove it he took it out again and made sure all my concerns were addressed. It also helped he was a long time Jeep owner and was very familiar with the way Jeeps handle and what other Jeepers want in a used one. He replied in a timely manner to all my emails since I was purchasing it online and shipping to my home in NC now but will not even get in it and drive until June. I feel confident the vehicle will be in good working condition and I will be satisfied. The dealership even handled the title paperwork with NC DMV so I didn’t have to worry about it and get my friends to do it. I’m very pleased and usually am too lazy to write reviews but always use them to guide me in using businesses so I wanted to make sure I left one about this group. I recommend him highly as I usually have a good sense about people to trust. Check them out for next vehicle and ask for Randall McCaffrey.

Utterly disappointed by the indifference I experienced today by my local dealership (Buster Miles Ford - Heflin, AL) to resolve a service issue with the... F150 I bought 11 months ago. Buyer Beware! The real measure of Customer Service comes after the sale: I brought my 2017 F150 in today for a recall repair and to inquire about repair of the front passenger seat under the factory warranty. I have driven 48,000 miles in 11 months due to my job and since I don't drive from the passenger side I was not aware that the electric seatback recline was not functioning until very recently. The dealership intended to charge me a $98 diagnosis fee plus repair cost. I explained the situation to my original salesman Tommy as well as Service Manager Julie. Apparently neither person was willing to advocate for me with the General Manager or Ford corporate to handle the issue. It was my intention to trade my 2017 F150 in for a 2019 towards the end of the year at this dealership (I average over 1,000 miles each week) and I'm sad to say Buster Miles and Ford Motor Company - you've lost me as a customer. Unbelievable that this dealership would be willing to lose a customer over what may be a $10 relay that has failed, yet nevertheless here we are. Ford Motor Company - it's inexcusable for this repair to even be necessary!

They have changed their sales processi went through the appraisal process, showing me days and eventually found a certified 2014 Ford F-150. Thanks to... the internet it is easy to see where their price falls in comparison to others. They had a good price, and have a great service department, right off the interstate. If you need a new or used car, give Wayne a call. He knows cars and he can put you in a car you will be happy with.
