After what felt like an endless 14-day nightmare with our recalled 2021 Ford F-150, I want to recognize two people who truly made a difference. A huge shout-out and thank you to Jordan and Clarissa in the Service Department at Twin State Ford. They went above and beyond to help get the recalled parts on the national backorder and worked hard to get my son Travis's F150 back on the road as quickly as possible. Throughout a very frustrating situation largely beyond their control, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about helping us. While the recall process itself was incredibly stressful, Jordan and Clarissa's dedication and customer service turned the experience around. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful for everything they did. Thank you both for sticking with us and getting Travis back behind the wheel. Twin State Ford is fortunate to have employees who care as much as you do. For this, I may even consider switching from a Tundra to an F150 for my next truck!
