Twin state ford service department is amazing.Clarissa rice is very friendly every time I’ve been there or called there,always has a big smile on her face and very helpful with answering all my questions.I’d also like to mention Brian as well,it was a pleasure to talk with him and enjoyed the ride he gave us down the road while my friend and my vehicles were being worked on.A big thank you to both of you.

Review of service for a check-in scheduled on car.

Nice place to wait for service. Very short wait for car to be done. Any issues with car will be taken care of when I drop it off.

Great people to work with.

It was a low pressure environment and the sales team was great to work with. They were very helpful and I was able to sit down and build the perfect truck for my needs and budget.

Excellent Service!

I was able to call and do the sale over the phone and pick the vehicle up the same day. That's a huge plus for me! My time is limited and I put a lot of miles on my vehicle each year for work. It's important that I have a reliable american made car. It was also nice that my salesman remembered me from 3 years ago and worked hard to get my repeat business. These are reasons why I'll come back to buy another car.
