This past week i took my 2012 F350 6.2 gas engine in for powertrain issues. While there the mechanics confirmed my diagnosis. They said itd be ok to drive until they got the parts needed for repairs. I drove truck home and that was all she wrote, wouldnt start again. By the time i got ahold of service department that night they were closed. That being said i let phone ring out to the sales department, Bob Rose answered the phone, i told him what was going on and told him i was dead in the water and needed away to work thinking hed tell me to call back tomorrow and talk to service. I was wrong not only did he go out of his way to find me a rental ,he personally deliverd it to my house. Today being a week later i have my truck back and it seems to be running well. I highly recommend that if your looking for a car to purchase. Go see Bob Rose. Hats off to you sir! Thanks

Great sales men to deal with
I didn't end up buying my car here, but wish I did. Joe Marrs was probably one of best used car salesman I have yet to deal with. He was honest and friendly never pushy, or rushing. I was looking at a chevy cruze LT with back up camera & touch screen. I found same car without back up camera & touch screen but it has remote start. This will be the first place I go for our next car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER - Their repairs lasted 3 days and then the same problem reappeared. Their facilities look like a condemned factory.
