Great buying experience

Have zero complaints. My salesman Kevin listened to what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect car instantly. Cindy was amazing and had me financed at the payment I was looking for in no time. I will definitely come back and will send all my family and friends their way.

bought a 2014 Ford Fusion

In the past, my car buying experiences have been high pressure. Today's transaction from salesman Bob Rose went very smoothly with no pressure from him or his manager Jim Zaphiris. Cindy Ramsey (finance) processed all paperwork in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Humes Ford of Corry for your next vehicle purchase.

Great dealership

The dealership's staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The finance personnel was outstanding.I'm very happy with the service I received while dealing with Bob Rose. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and the services offered.

Great experience !!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the people at this dealership ! We came away with a great truck and feeling as if we had made good friends. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the lack of high pressure...... buying a vehicle has never been a good experience for me ! This time it was great !! Corry Ford stood behind their warranty.

This is an update to an earlier review. They split the repair cost on my 2009 Ford Flex, thank's to Cindy's efforts. The problem could have been completely avoided. The salesman who caused the problem, Rick Martone, is still working there. Avoid this salesman at all costs. I am disappointed that he still works there. We have had very good relationships with everyone else at Corry Ford. We wish to thank Corry Ford for resolving this problem.

Cindy contacted me about the negative review.

I would like to thank Cindy, from Humes Ford of Corry, for contacting. She asked me to remove the negative review I left. I explained to her what had happened and she agreed with me about the salesman and the problem that I had experienced, We are negotiating about splitting the cost of the repairs. I would like to advise everyone that the only person that I had a problem with was Rick Martone, Everyone else was very nice. I am requesting that cars,com remove the negative review that I left to give Corry Ford a chance to make this right with me. I will leave a final review when the problem is satisfactory resolved.
