Well, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire
Well, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered to buy my car back. However, apparently after 10k miles and 7.5 months, the vehicle is worth $6K less than I paid for it. Terrible depreciation. I will never be buying a Subaru again!!! Also, while waiting, I got a message from them that I needed a new engine air filter and cabin air filter. But they had just put new ones in as part of the Certification process 7.5 months ago. How are they bad already, unless they never really replaced them earlier.

My battery had gone dead in the cold weather.
My battery had gone dead in the cold weather. We got an appointment with Ringo for the next day. They gave it a test and found out out was bad, they ordered one and we came in following day and they replace it for free. Great service as always
