Review Title: Dishonest, Unresponsive, and Predatory Practices If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against doing business with Markosian Auto or APG Financial. Once you sign, good luck getting any help. Reaching a real person is nearly impossible—calls drop, voicemails go unanswered, and emails are ignored. If you're experiencing an issue, prepare for total silence. They also charge undisclosed fees that are not outlined anywhere in the contract, and they fail to honor key parts of your agreement. Think you’re protected by something like the Total Loss Waiver? Think again. They’ll deny it was ever added, even if you have proof. Their conduct is deceptive, their communication is nonexistent, and their lending practices are predatory. Avoid this dealership and lender at all costs.

Had a good experience Jim was very helpful got me the car I wanted worked with me on the payments and the down-payment was acceptable I'd recommend markosian auto to anyone

Nick was a great sales person! Friendly, and professional. When you buy a car anywhere on a Saturday you usually get to take it home. Not here if your insurance company isn't open on Saturday! That was the only drawback! Love the car though!

Had my car 2 months. It blew up. My mechanic says no way they didn’t know about the problem before they sold it. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Was frustrated with buying a car when I heard about Markosian, glad I gave them a try. Dallas at the Taylorsville location was great from start to finish. 100% would recommend them

I bought a car from Markosian auto they told me I had a three day to bring back if I didn’t like it took it back next day because of motor problems and they treated me like crap for bring it back and yelling at me in front of other customers. The salesman was great but the manager was the one that got the attitude than expected me to buy another car from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was very hesitant on leasing a new car, however after working with Jim Dunn things changed. So I found a car that i wanted but it was at the Ogden dealership. I drove up there to get it but come to find out that it was not available. My plan was to just keep the vehicle that i currently had, however Jim worked some magic and ended up getting me into a better vehicle than I was looking at. Jim made the experience of getting into a different vehicle very impressionable and easy going. If I ever decide to trade in another vehicle i will only work with Jim. Thanks again Jim for helping me get into a better vehicle.

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE,! I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON A 2006 FORD TRUCK FOR OVER 4 AND 1/2 YEARS, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL THIS YEAR, THEY WILL SHUT YOUR IGNITION OFF, WHY? MADE MY PAYMENT AND STILL OFF. APG FINANCIAL IS THE WORST AND NICK MARKOSIAN DOESN'T CARE! BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
