In my opinion you cant trust anything these guys say,or even put in writing. By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my life.
They did an excellent job on my vehicle and the price that was quoted to me at the beginning of the process was 300.00 dollars after everything was completed... they only charged me a 100 dollars there fixed my car in one day and kept me in the loop the entire time great mechanics they really know what there doing when it comes to vehicles i do reccommend all my friends to markosian great and friendly car dealership

I got a vehicle from Markosian Auto at the end of 2018. OMG!! Let me tell you all about it... I don't have the best credit and I wasn't able to get in... to a vehicle financed through a bank for under $500 a month...so their "credit builder" vehicle lease program was available to me. The salesman talked and talked, worked with their "Finance" guy and were able to get me into a vehicle. During the actual signing of the lease paperwork, they failed to disclose the fact that I COULD NOT, at the end of my lease contract, just turn the vehicle back in and walk away. They offered this "sweet deal" on bumper to bumper advanced warranty that covers everything except paint and tires for the remarkably low price of $50/month... they never disclosed that if I needed repairs done, I would have to pay a "deductible" on the warranty I was already paying for. They never gave me the chance to even read through the paperwork I was signing, the salesman had given me a brief rundown of what the paperwork was that I was signing. A few weeks after having the vehicle, it quits, leaving me stranded. Any other dealership would have worked and worked to make it right for me... winning my business over again...but nope! Not these jokes! They made it my fault (basically) that I am leasing a "lemon" from them AND the advanced warranty that I had mentioned earlier...it can NOT be cancelled once you sign your paperwork...so now, instead of making this crappy situation right, I am now responsible for the towing charge, the repair charge and if it's more than $1,001 then I am responsible for 60% of the cost. How ridiculous does that sound? I would NEVER EVER EVER, FOR THE LIFE OF ME EVER RECOMMEND THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE IN MY LIFE!! They have screwed me SOOOOOO bad on this deal and they have me by my throat on this vehicle lease so I have no other option than to turn to my attorney for legal advice on this because if I early terminate this lease, they will charge me $1,500 for an "early termination" charge plus whatever other charges they decide they want to throw at me so no matter what happens, THEY WILL WIN!!
Called in and worked with Melissa, she is super friendly, she made me feel like I have a chance to get into a car so I got a ride down to the one on redwood... and they really made me feel like they pulled the red carpet out for just me!! I worked with Manuel as well and he went over my credit and told me something's I can work on and then I got approved for the car I wanted when I came in and I was out in less than 2 hours! Process was amazing! Thanks Melissa and Manuel
Great salesman Dallas was very patient, not pushy and was helpful, didn't sugar coat things just straight to the point kinda guy. We appreciate their help... with getting us into a vehicle to help our situation the most. Also thanks to Amber she was very helpful and had great customer service!
George was great. Just wish they would fix the key fob. The car is a repo and needs a new one. Other than that the car was great.
