Bre was absolutely the best! We drove from NC to buy a car and she provided us with excellent and friendly service while we waited. She was transparent and a pleasure to deal with. I highly suggest asking for Bre the next time you buy your car from Atlanta Best Used Cars!

If I Could put zero stars I would I bought a infiniti q50 on February 23, 2024 and the motor went out and radiator went out on may 5 ,2024 I bought a warranty the warranty didn’t cover it, the dealership was no help they told me to email the general manager no response. I’m a first time car buyer and felt like I got set up now this is going to make my credit go down tremendously Please don’t buy a car from here they just want a sell.

Went to their dealership although I didn't actually booked an appointment to test drive a car, I was referred to Brian Culbert, did a test drive on a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE that I was checking online, fell in love with it and decided to not let go of it. I wasn't really going to buy a car that day, wanted to test other cars but was lucky to find this clean, good looking and awesome handling car with no accident or any damage on record. Put a down payment on it and came back days later to complete the sale. The process took longer but understandable and Brian actually offered to deliver the car but I ended up asking my sister to drop me off to pick it up. High five to Brian in offering to deliver the car and didn't have to. I have never met anyone before from any other dealership offering to deliver a vehicle. I love my purchase and many, many thanks to Brian Culbert.

This pass weekend I was greeted by a beautiful soul named Bre. I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter. Bre was knowledgeable and patient every step of the way. The finance guy Rick was the total opposite. He was unfriendly and rude, if he had been my 1st encounter I would have left. Thanks again Bre you ROCK!!!

I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Sport from Atlanta Best Used Cars and my salesman was a guy by the name of Andre Parland. I went to the dealership last week after test driving the vehicle I noticed the tire pressure light was on so I asked Andre about it he really wasn’t knowledgeable about the light but I was familiar with it and told him that it has something to do with the tires, Andre advised me that the tires on the vehicle was practically new okay fine. I thought they put air in the tire but I had to stop at a gas station to put air in the tire myself. I have had the car for a week today and the tire pressure light has come on at least 3 times so today I decided to take the vehicle to a tire shop and the technician advised me that I needed 2 rear tires because the tires on the vehicle are worn out. I have texted Andre several times today no response. The problem that I have is you return my calls and text during the process of purchasing the vehicle but after I have actually took ownership of the vehicle he want respond. I am very big on customer service and I am very unhappy that after a week of purchasing a car I have to purchase two new tires..

I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. They are skeezy and they lie. I have had 4 major repairs in one year on a car they sold me. Not to mention the disgusting sales rep commented on my dad's Parkinson's (NONE of his business) and tried to use it against us as he was selling the car. All around a dishonest, horrible excuse for a business. Oh, and the rep smoked his vape during our entire visit, which I consider completely disgusting and terrible work ethic.

Good service and helpfull people. Love this dealership. I will remember this dealership for my next car too.
