Scammers like to waste customer time and wants to

Scammers like to waste customer time and wants to negotiate with you about a car you didn't have no interest on. They will trick you into driving from a long distance and you expecting to get the car you had requested for they will try to say that the down-payment for that car they can't accept but over text messages Zach said his manager said he was able to do a $1,000 so they was going to lie to get me to drive 3 hrs away and try to put me in a high mileage 2018 toyota corolla with over 100,000 miles on it and I request for a 2022 toyota camary that he said his manager was able to do a $1,000 down. So we was finalizing everything down to my appointment the next morning to come see Zach and when I ask Zach how much my payments was going to be a month he told me he couldn't discuss that it has to be discuss in person due to some privacy stuff . I felt Zach was full of crap when he couldn't tell me how much my payments was going to be. So ZACH and his manager was going to waste my time and my gas money that I had to pay someone to drive me there which is 3 hrs away to try and put me in a high mileage car that they trying to push off the lot something that I didn't even request or acquire about it. Zach even went to the extreme of sending me confirmation texts messages to confirm about my visit with him the next morning. My advice run from this dealership bc they will try to shove there high mileage cars off on you if they thank you are hard up and desperate for a used car. I feel like if I make payments on anything it is going to be something I like and want not what they trying to get rid of off there lot bc it needs to be gone by the end of the year. So I caution every customer to beware of this dealership games and they don't mind lying to you and get you to drive faraway to waste your time.

This dealership need to be mindful of what they are doing to customers is a dangerous game. Lying to customers that they can take a certain amount for the down payment that they both agreed and negotiated on for a down payment and when yall both confirm the deal and you got customers driving miles away to finalize the sell and they get there and to find out yall was on some scam and wasted there time you might find yourself in a dangerous situation by playing games and wasting other people time and money on gas bc you never know how people will react to these schemes and games yall trying to play on customers lying to them and got them thinking they coming to get the car they acquired about and they get to your dealership yall trying to put them in a high mileage car yall trying to push off yall lot and the car is not even close to the size of car the customer had plan on buying. Yall might find yourself caught up with a very unhappy customer who is crazy and who will not take that disappointment well that yall had them to drive far away and they get their to yall dealership and find out yall trying to scam them and screw them over with a car they didnt even have in mind. Zach seemed like a nice salesperson to work with but he got himself into a mess when he tried this stunt on me he did apologized for it but i just want this dealership to know what i am saying let it be a eye opener bc you might trick a customer their and try to put them in something they did not come to get bc they was thinking they was coming to finalize the paperwork on the car yall negotiated on and yall try to put them in some high mileage crappy car that you want off yall lot is bad business and other customers might not take well to yall wasting there time by driving far and to not leave with the car yall negotiated on but yall tried to put them in some crappy high mileage car yall want off your lot.

Into dealership to meet Anthony after a 5 hour drive.

Into dealership to meet Anthony after a 5 hour drive. Our vehicle was staged and ready for us. 10 minute test drive. Return to dealership and look the vehicle over.. Then it’s back to Anthony’s desk where paperwork is waiting. And now, we’re ready to go. Overall, shortly over an hour from when we arrived, we were wrapping up the transaction. Anthony made us feel comfortable and the sale went off without any difficulty. They delivered on every promise!

I started looking for a vehicle on 10/28/2024 and

I started looking for a vehicle on 10/28/2024 and contacted ABUC. Ken Dewberry responded and I worked with him. I asked about an BMW 435 and Ken immediately sent me information about the car along with a pricing proposal for me to review. I went to the dealership on 11/2/2028 to take a test drive. Upon driving the car, I changed my mind and decided to switch to an SUV. I looked around the lot and found an ML350 and a MDX. Ken immediately got both cars ready for a test drive. I decided on the MDX and Ken made the deal happen! I could not be happier!! I also like that I didn't have to pick up an ink pen to sign my paperwork. I was sent a text message with a link and I was able to sign the document digitally right on my phone. I highly recommend ABUC. Now, with that being said, I would recommend going on a weekday and not on a Saturday like I did. Saturday is their busiest day!

I drove 6 hours cash in hand to buy a car from these

I drove 6 hours cash in hand to buy a car from these people. I talked to 3 different sales people that said the car was there and ready for me to test drive. I checked repeatedly on autotrader and THEIR website and it was listed as avaliable. I got there and was made to wait for almost an hour then was told "The owners son decided he liked the car and took the car off the lot to keep it more than a week prior and that there was nothing they could do about it" then they showed me a "similar" car. It had more miles, was in bad shape and cost more. By far the worst experience I've had at any dealership.

Negative experience! I scheduled an appointment to diagnose my rear passenger seat as the seatbelt warning kept going off when it was in use.
