Don Vance is a perfect place to buy your vehicles

Amazing. Jason was so great, the process was so fast and easy. I know our next vehicle will come from them as well. They were even great enough to deliver it 45 mins away and take my trade in with em!

Worst Dealership ever!!!!!!!!!

I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership ever, Made a deal on a F-250 financing was done. I get call from salesmen next morning and it was sold to someone else late that night, after I had everything done with their Finance Manager. I had to go back to my Credit Union to stop the the deal, my credit union had already put the vehicle in as if i owned it, was about to send title for my trade and check for truck I thought I purchased. The sales Manager named Spencer basically told me told me tough xxxx, you did not put deposit down. So between the salesman and finance manager all they had to do was tell me I need to put deposit down and I would have. So basically what I'm saying is I would think twice before you deal with this Dealership.

I have been dealing with Don Vance Ford for several years in the Maintenace and upkeep of the 2012 F150 that I traded in ON mu 2023 Ford. all the people whether sales or service to be very courteous and extremely helpful.

We were very pleased all the people we dealt with when buying our 2022 Ford 150. At this point we are also very pleased with the performance of the truck. I, being an 84 year old woman, had no trouble backing up to our trailer and it pulled nicely. Thank you for all you did to make this happen. Sue Evans

At Don Vance, we were met with friendly, helpful people who quickly found just the right vehicle for us, then helped us through the process of financing it with ease. It did take hours, but no one cast a bad look at our lively toddler daughter, though she took rocks out of planters and ran around. our eleven-year-old son was allowed to sit in the front of a brand-new truck which was really fun for him. The truck we got is absolutely the nicest vehicle we've ever had. After buying old cars cheaply for cash year after year, we wanted to get something we expect to last for years and years. We had to bite the bullet to make the payments, but we think it will be worth it, especially since the price of used vehicles has sky-rocketted in the last couple years, to where we simply couldn't afford to pay cash for a good car anymore. In this truck, we're saying, a ride never felt so good.

Very easy and friendly. Choose Jason!

Jason was a great salesman. I never felt any pressure when trying to decide what option would be best for me. He was able to answer any and all questions and took great care of me. He made the buying process super easy and had an answer to any question I had. When I had a concern, he took it serious and took care of it. I highly recommend Jason!

BEST SERVICE EVER.

Quickest time to close on a car. Everyone very friendly. Jason was out salesperson, excellent. Ben was our finance manager, excellent. Everyone was real warm and welcoming. Love the new truck
