People are very helpful and show courtesy. Took longer than in past for repairs due to parts and payment from warranty company. all in all, everything seems to be working properly.

STAY AWAY

The absolute worst dealership around. Do not use them for anything, I mean anything at all. I would not buy nor have anything worked on there. All they want it to take your money, like to you and rip you off.

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service!...

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative!

Unhappy customer

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN 2000 miles trans went was supposed to be GM CERTIFIED. It’s been two weeks still waiting for a call back and proof of certification. No will return my phone call or try to help. 28,000 total miles on truck rates 0

Beware

Beware of the salesman Jack Hudson as he fails to return calls and avoids them.Called Tuesday morning intrested in a vehicle to be told I will get it from the other store and let you know when its here.Never calls so my husband calls back and he says it's in the shop waiting on a ordered part.I will call you when done. Well here it is Friday my husband calls hes not avaliable.So my husband calls the other location and guess what it's done and someone else is looking at it.We have bought several vehicles from Hertrich and had good experiences but def will reconsider after this.
