**Buyer Beware: A Cautionary Tale of Broken Promises** I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with a GMC dealer, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to potential customers. The vehicle I purchased arrived with damage sustained during transport, and the dealer assured me that they would order a new bumper and replace it once it arrived. Fast forward a year later, and I found myself chasing them down for updates on the replacement. To my dismay, the dealer reneged on their promise and refused to replace the damaged bumper. This decision, I was told, came directly from the owner, demonstrating a clear disregard for integrity and the value of their word. As someone who has spent their life in sales, I've come to understand that actions speak louder than words, and this experience has revealed the true nature of this particular company and its owner. It is disheartening to see a business that places so little value on their integrity and the promises they make to their customers. Fortunately, I have no intention of ever dealing with them again. However, I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling into the same trap and make more informed decisions when choosing a car dealership. OMG!! Never knew it was so easy to purchase a car!

I went in thinking it was going to be a hassle and boy was I proved wrong right away. Silvestre greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smiling friendly face and made my husband and I feel really welcome. Throughout the entire process he listened and catered t our every needs and we ended up landing on the perfect vehicle that checked all of the boxes for our growing family. Thank you everyone at the dealership. We will certainly be back in the future!

Terrain Denali

I was home visiting my family while on leave from the Army. I went to Hertrich Buick GMC and saw a really nice terrain Denali and worked the sales team there and they got my payment where I wanted and this was the best buying experience ever.
