"Your 1st Choice for a Car or Hybrid?"
Drove 2 hours and said they had the van to get us there and no van wasted 4 hours of our day thanks for the time lost.
Great experience, nice car and smooth transaction. I saw the car online and set appointment same day. The entire purchase to 45 mins, Thanks guys for everything.... Jen
Fantastic experience with David at 1st Choice buying my 17 yr old daughter a car. Friendly, easy to work with, and had the perfect car for her. Thank... you for making what is usually a miserable experience a positive one.
Thank you for the Nice words! David
I have purchased 3 cars from them over 2 years for myself and family. I have always been happy with purchase. They are very straight forward and laid back.... I Read some of the reviews about issues after sale from some of there customers. I always have my car inspected prior to purchase, they are very clear upfront that they don’t fix cars after purchase. Their cars are in good shape and always cheaper then other dealers in my area. Highly recommended!!
I’m really not one to write reviews but they really rubbed me the wrong way. So, I went in search of a car and stumbled across this place. The reviews... were good, so I took a stab at it! The process was super quick, customer service was excellent.....or so I thought! I test drove the car and it shook when I started to break. In my mind, I said, I’ll need to buy breaks. For me, it wasn’t a big deal. So, two weeks later I get the notification for an oil change. I get the oil change and upon their inspection they find that the control arms were COMPLETELY warped and on the verge of breaking. I called them to ask for assistance and the representative was immediately on the defense, which let me know that they knew about the condition of the car. So, two weeks into having a car, I’m out of $1000! Thank goodness I didn’t lose my life in that time. I’m actually shocked because these are things you expect from a buy here pay here, not a regular car dealership. Very disappointed customer! This is NOT okay!
I was searching for a reliable used vehicle. I called the dealership regarding a 2016 Ford Fiesta and spoke with Debbie who invited me to come for a visit... and test drive. I went later that same day. Debbie was very kind and knowledgeable. The owner gave a discount for the purchase of the vehicle which I greatly appreciated. Great experience.
Probably the worst shopping experience I've had. Drove 4 1/2 hours to look at a van that "I never been wrecked or damaged". On my arrival pull up the floor... matting and notice that the bottom of the van is covered in water. Originally thought maybe they tried to clean it in the inside and got water in there. However, after further inspection I noticed that the back portion of the cab was dented in and the third brake light was broken allowing water to just pour inside the vehicle. After addressing this with them they acted surprised and then scheduled to have it repaired. Although, once the repair was made they then increase the price and trying to foot the bill on to customers. Everything that I've dealt with them so far has been a negative and or shady experience. Too bad I can't post all the screenshots. 0/10 would not recommend.
Hassle free and very down to earth. Reasonable dealer doc fees. David was a pleasure to work with, and had my transaction processed and handed me the keys... in less than an hour. Not usually a fan of buying used cars from smaller dealers, but this place was top-notch. Would recommend for sure.
My Greg Miles is one of the top of the line salesman! He went above and beyond to meet my expectations! He made sure he went over the paperwork multiple... times before I signed anything . I would recommend anyone to go see him if you’re looking for a new or even used car! He is beyond Awesome!! 10 star service.
In my search for a new car, I actually stopped at 1st Choice 2 times. They are friendly enough, but overall I found the experience of buying a new car... disappointing, I mistakenly believed customer satisfaction was their goal. I ended up purchasing a 2013 vehicle, but not before taking it to a mechanic to be checked out. The tires on the car were almost bald, and needed replacing, the brakes also needed to be replaced, however although I mentioned it when the tires were discussed, the tires were much more pressing as they were in bad shape so I had focused on getting that taken care of (they did help with the cost of the tires, although Smyrna Tire, where they took the car for the new tires, charged me $100 labor to install them) It's now a week after I bought the car, (paid their asking price), and the brakes are now squealing and must be replaced. I went back today to discuss the issue but it was a waste of my time, 1st Choice Auto refused to even help out with the $320 cost to replace the brake pads. Maybe it's just me, but If I pay 13K for a 2013 vehicle from a car dealer supposedly interested in customer satisfaction, I would assume that it has good tires and brakes... Not at all pleased to be coming out of my pocket a week after purchasing the car, and very disappointed that they didn't feel it was important to make it right, or even help me out with the cost. If you DO decide to purchase a car from here, make SURE you check it out completely/take it to a mechanic first... Or else expect that after buying the car you will have to put more money into it so it's driveable/safe. (Also, DON'T let them take your car to Smyrna Tire if it needs new rubber!)
Lets recap what YOU said augmented by what you did not. You had a friendly experience on two visits. (you failed to mention that you were allowed a mu...ltiple day test drive in your decision process, hence the 2 visits). You did have an independent mechanic check the vehicle out and provide a report. We negotiated a tire allowance based on YOUR analysis of what would make you comfortable in purchasing the car. We presented you with two options on tire purchase one with no out of pocket cost and one with a 100 dollars out of pocket cost. YOU chose the latter. Your mechanic noted that the brakes DID NOT need to be replaced now but would need replacement in the future, which can be said from day one of any brake installation. So it was not simply a matter of just focusing on the tires. YOU stated the brakes were not a concern of yours. We accepted that since it matched up with our mechanic assessment before we offered the vehicle for sale. There was no pressure at any point of the sale that was negotiated in good faith with no hidden factors. We were respectful and nice to you when you returned to our office to try to ask for more money back after the sale on such an upfront transparent transaction. The answer was obviously no. Anyone who purchases a car from us can always expect a honest transparent sales process. We respect all customer's yes or no decision to buy a vehicle with us. You have not acted in good faith in your account of our transaction.
