A very manipulative dealership once I told salesman or

A very manipulative dealership once I told salesman or finance manager, I wasn’t interested. He harassed me intimidated me by sending me pictures of myself from my Facebook account. I reported this to super guys and they did absolutely nothing a terrible dealership. I bought three vehicles from them well that’s not happening ever again because they are a xxxx poor dealership.

I have left many voicemails about the jeep I was pushed

I have left many voicemails about the jeep I was pushed into after I repeatedly told the sales rep I did not want a all wheel drive and wanted a Nissan Murano. He told me oh no this is 4 wheel drive. I told the seles manager it had dents that needed fixed and it had a short I thought and was told fixing it was not going to happen it was being sold to cheap as it was. Yeah it had over a hundred thousand miles. Now it's broke down and I can't get a hold of a service rep and I have tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. All the while I was broken down in the middle of Lincoln. I hate this car and I would not recommend them to anyone. Big big mistake

Wish I could give them a "0" Stars.

Wish I could give them a "0" Stars. They are the most dishonest, rudest dealership around. They are a Typical Bate and Switch Dealership. They should not be allowed to do business at all or at any of their sister dealerships. They try to sell vehicles they don't even own yet. They are less than honest and less than helpful. Website shows 6+ cars of interest and they only showed the one they don't own. None of the others were even shown and they wouldn't attempt to show them. The salesman was a little twerp that should be fired on the spot. He was argumentative and insulting.

Do not believe them when they tell you that they have a

Do not believe them when they tell you that they have a warranty that covers anywhere. That is a markeing tactic to get you to buy the vehicle. Worked with Ryan and Josh. They both lie and never return our text or calls when asked about the so-called warranty. They went so far to say they emailed a document.... lies!

I am a single mom and I have had my car since August of

I am a single mom and I have had my car since August of 2023, and it is the end of January, and I got a ticket couple days before Thanksgiving for having expired tags. I took my title work to them, and they told me to go to Eddy's to get it fixed. So, I went there and took it to them and they told me it shouldn't take long. It is now almost February and I have yet to get it back yet. I call every day to see if it is here and they keep telling me they don't know when it will be here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLES AT ALL FROM THEM!!!! They SCREW people over. Do NOT shop here alone if you're a woman that doesn't know anything about vehicles.

I had a wreck on the 3rd of January involving a drunk

I had a wreck on the 3rd of January involving a drunk driver and totalled my car. I'm still waiting on the check from the insurance as of today but thought I'd go look for a replacement since the check should be here any time now. I did some shopping around online and found a car that was low on miles (just a little over 30,000), was under $20,000 and loved the color. It was located at SuperCarGuys on Rock Road. My father and I went in to look at it yesterday and the person I was supposed to meet with had already left for the day so I was helped by the most awesome salesman I have ever done business with. This young man was so polite, courteous, had the upmost respect for my time and was more helpful than anyone I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His name is Brody and when he went to go look for the car he found out it was at the Subaru dealership on Kellogg. He promptly got a vehicle and took me to the other lot to look at the car. He opened every door for me, talked to me like a person and not just another sale. He listened to what I had to say and didn't try to get more money out of me for the down payment and did everything he possibly could to make everything go smoothly and quickly. We had to do kinda makeshift arrangements due to not being able to go back to his location due to a major wreck on Rock in front of the location. He accommodated us doing all he could to make sure everything went as fast as possible including acquiring financing and aside from not being able to do any of the final paperwork he was able to get me in the car last night without having to pay the down payment until next week. I have never had a more enjoyable interaction with any other car salesman. He is only 19 years old but has more consideration and professionalism than any I have seen with 20+ years experience. If anyone ever needs a car I would highly recommend they go see Brody!!! He definitely earned my business last night and gained a customer for as long as he works here. Please if you want a good experience buying a vehicle you have to go see Brody at the Rock location!!!! Thank you Brody for restoring my faith in people!! There really are still good young people out there!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Asked our budget and didn’t even get close.

Asked our budget and didn’t even get close. Just told me I wanted pre pandemic prices and things have changed. Bought the car anyways even though payments were almost double what we said. Car ended up being several thousand over what we said we wanted to spend. But bought anyways thinking ok I’m trying to be cheap but cheaper not always dependable. Have had the car since just over 6 months. Been in the shop 3 times with a run around each time. First time they Jerry rigged the brakes and said see if that holds if not we’ll order the part. Then the flywheel was bad but didn’t get to that until after they told me first the alternator, then the starter, now the flywheel. Always say they are out of loaners. And then had the audacity to offer me a loaner with no heat in the dead of winter after they’ve had my car for a week. Hands down worst car buying experience, maintenance support ever had and horrible customer service. Absolutely frustrated with this place.
