Super Car Guys

After seeing the funny, and creative commercials, I decided if I bought a car, it would definitely be from SUPER CAR GUY!!! I absolutely love those commercials...and I was convinced that "Buying a car doesn't have to suck!" I decided it was about time to get a smaller car so out of curiosity, I checked out the website and the inventory. To my surprise, they even provided the CARFAX info with each vehicle online!! Now, I'm one that 'looks for' red flags.. But this was simply one less I could not fly, as their integrity is unquestionable. The next day, I had forgotten about my web search, as life hacked its way into my attention span.. But got a nice surprise in my gmail. It was a welcome note from Maggie Dyer. We started talks, made several appointments (I missed...out of fear...), she was so patient with me. There was absolutely NO sales pressure at all. It was like talking to my best friend. I kept canceling my appointments because I couldn't convince myself my credit score was high enough to get a decent car. I also dreaded the thought of being talked into buying a car I couldn't really afford... I dreaded the all too common feeling of buyers remorse... Maggie assured me over and over that they wanted to work with me and make this a positive expierience and that there IS a car for me they could get me into. Well, my birthday was coming around so I decided to go for some 'shopping therapy' and check out some cars. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but when I got there.. They had pizza, pops... A game room.. IT WAS FUN!!! I was introduced to several FUNDERFUL people..they ALL had amazing personalities. Evan was my sales rep.. He too, was absolutely incredible!!! There was NOT ONE of your typical HIGH PRESSURE sales reps there. Honestly, I felt like I was amongst a bunch of friends.. At a party!!! That's not to say it wAsnt professional... It's just that I was so relaxed... Evan sat down with me and explained thoroughly my credit report. He showed me all the BEAUTIFUL cars and took test drives... But I was smitten... It was love at first sight when he brought me to a bright white MALIBU!!!! A Malibu has been my dream car for years. I never believed I would ever be able to qualify for a MALIBU.. But they made it happen!!! I am now the VERY PROUD OWNER OF MY DREAM CAR!!! (And there was not one bit of haggling involved!!) I'm still pinching myself!! These people are truly amazing!!! I want to give a huge THANKYOU to: SEAN GARVEY, EVAN BLOOM, MAGGIE DYER, SAMUEL CHENEY, and JUSTIN SHEFFLER!!! God Bless all of you!!

After being disappointed by another dealership, we returned to Super Car Guys to purchase our second car in the past year. The guys at the Broadway location provided great service and assisted us in every way possible. They got us a lower interest rate than we received earlier this year on the first vehicle we purchased. We will definitely be sending people their way as well as coming back again!!! Thanks to all the guys at the Broadway dealership!!

Was very tentative to all our needs and very helpful in finding a vehicle that fit those needs. Made sure the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and made sure that we got the best deal possible that fit in our budget. Went in after looking around fell in love with a car and they got us taken care of, great price and excellent payments. Definitely recommend them it was so different then the other lots.

My amazement started from the very first phone call. My son called me one evening excited out of his mind about this car dealership experience he had just had; particularly with his salesman Joe Herrman. How often do you hear of someone being excited about a car buying experience? Exactly. Knowing that I was looking for a car for his mother, he assured me that my search was over and man was he right! I called Joe the following day and this guy immediately started rolling out the red carpet! How you ask? First, I told him I lived in Austin TX and asked If there would be a problem buying from his dealership. His reply was "how soon could you come by to pick up your keys?". Wow! When I told him the car I was interested in, he told me that he would immediately go check the car out from top to bottom; including personally take it for his own detailed test drive and would call me back with the results. Within 30 minutes, he called me with the CarFax report and his own personal report; based on his personal experience with the car. Who does that? Convinced yet? Ok..here's the icing on the cake: When my wife and I arriving at the Wichita Airport, Joe was already there waiting to pick us up, IN THE FRESHLY DETAILED CAR! We were in and out of the dealership in 1 hour. While driving the car back to Texas, the electrical features started acting a little weird. I called you on his personal phone, ON SUNDAY! He called he back, told me that whatever the problem is they would take care of it first thing in the morning, AND stayed up until we arrived home safely at 1:00 A.M.!! That's unheard of people!!! The following day, a wrecker picked up the car and took it to the nearest Buick dealership here in Austin. It was just a dead battery cell. I can go on and on about this dealership and this amazing individual...Joe Herrman. My son was right.

This is probably my 15th automobile purchase of my lifetime, and it was by far the best. My financial situation wasn't easy to deal with, and could have been impossible at many other dealerships. I was nervous to even go and see if they could help, but it was very easy. There were no problems with anything not the trade-in, test drive, warranty talk, or loan. There isn't anything negative I could say, I will definitely come back.

I am so glad I drove on to the Super Car lot. I was greeted my Joe Herrman, and my journey started. Joe truly went above and beyond helping me buy a car. I had some financial issues, and Joe literally took his time to make phone calls and necessary steps for me to purchase a car. Not only is Joe funny, smart, and a good salesman, he is Honest. You will not be disappointed in Super Car Guys dealership. I went to the west dealership.

Easy and fair. Fairly quick with great results. Really nice people who get you what you need. A great experience I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

We needed to get into something that seated at least 6, and, these guys really came through. Almost new, low mileage, great paint. It fits us very well. Thanks
