I tend to be a difficult person to work with at times. My first time in the dealership was bumpy, but quickly the whole team worked together to get me back in and help me find a car that suited my needs. I really appreciate them all for putting up with me. Thank you all!

I told Steven what we were looking for and he found exactly what we needed and took us out on a test drive. He was great! He was there just to simply answer any questions that we had and when he did not know he always figured it out and got back to me. Unfortunately for Steven a friend of mine was selling a vehicle that met our needs and I got the "friend discount". I will definitely be going back for any future vehicle needs. I bought my first car from Super Car Guys this weekend, and I absolutely love it! Although it was not the car I originally had my eye on when I stopped in, I'm still extremely happy with the one I ended up purchasing. As a single mother, how I spend every penny is critical to my budget, so making a purchase of a big ticket item, such as a vehicle, has to just make sense in the grand scheme of things, and I feel like I got a great car at a very reasonable price! Sam and Steven did everything they could to get me into the first car I test drove, unfortunately, I just didn't have the funds to cover my expensive taste, so they helped me to come up with some options of vehicles more in my realistic price range, and I chose the very first one they showed me. They understood that I wanted something classy that didn't look like a "Grandma's" car, and the one they found for me showed me that they were listening to my wants and needs, and that it was important to them to help me find just the right one. To be honest, I considered leaving the lot after finding out I couldn't get approved for the first car, because my heart was really set on it...but I found Steven to be such an endearing person with a great attitude and personality that it won me over and I decided to go ahead with choosing another vehicle. I could tell he really felt bad about me not getting the first one, and he worked VERY hard to find me one that I was happy with, without being overbearing and pushy, like a lot of car dealers I've dealt with in the past. In my opinion, he deserves a bonus, and I told Sam that I thought so. Steven's a great guy, very down to earth and easy to talk to, and I could tell it was important to him that my daughter and I were both happy with the car we were choosing, To top it all off, Sam gave me a far better deal for my trade in than I was expecting, and that DEFINITELY sealed the deal, for me! I will be returning to Super Car Guys for all my future vehicle purchases...and someday it will be a car like the one I first fell in love with! lol 2 thumbs up on my buying experience!

We had a great experience. This will be the fourth vehicle we have gotten from Super Car Guys. Always very nice and professional. They make you feel good about your car deal. Can't tell you how great the sales people are.

Michael Hernandez contacted my husband and I in regards to if we were looking into buying a car , Made an appointment to go in and see what we could do and what options of cars we had to choose from that would work with our budget , being first time car buyers and not the best credit. Michael , Cary , and Jarred went out of their way and presented the most above and beyond customer service and worked with us in every way possible to give us the best experience in buying a car. These guys aren't your average pushy salesmen , they take time to work with you in showing you a variety of cars , options , and give you advice on the best ways to go. They don't just push you into a car. Michael took his time to load us up in a courtesy ride and take us to their multiple lots and show us cars with-in our price range. Michael was very inviting and answered any questions we had without hesitating. The amount of pleasant help ,knowledge, and advice received from him inspired us to purchase our first car with Super Car Guys west Wichita, Kansas . Michael , Cary and , Jarred worked into getting us into something we were happy with and still in our price range. The facility had a warm friendly feeling and they were always offering you a drink or snack , just made the car buying experience with a baby so much easier. I visited Super Car Guys on Rock Rd a week or two ago and I had an amazing experience! This was the second vehicle I had bought from them and they amazed me yet again with thier kind, helpful, and knowledgable expertise. Travis L'Hommedieu was our sales consultant and he was very patient as we were not sure exactly what we wanted yet. He showed us anything and everything we asked for and always had the details ready to go. After picking out my dream car Bob Wooley and Josh Krause worked really hard to get me the best possible deal and I was amazed. They not only lowered the price but did everything in their power to make my monthly payments affordable. I am forever greatful to the Super Car Guys and will always shop there for all future vehicles.
